Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Food is absolutely delicious, however every time I go there I am not treated with respect from staff. I placed an order on the app and was watching as they prepared it at my seat in the food court. I see it come out of the oven, and they box it and bag it. Perfect! I walk over and say, ”Hello!” and watch as a worker (one who is familiar with me) puts my bag in an empty metal tray while making eye contact with me and proceeds to ignore me and help another guest. I am not greeted or anything of the like, and although I continue to wait, she proceeds to help someone else out even though I was there first. My food is growing cold for a few minutes and I continue to be ignored by both staff members even though there is only one other guest there. Finally, the second worker asks how he could help me, and I let him know that I placed an online order. He checks the ticket and hands me my bag. The other lady did not acknowledge me at all the whole time I was there, and I have dealt with this attitude from her since I started coming to the restaurant. It is very unpleasant and I started ordering from the app specifically to avoid dealing with her. Now she straight up refuses to give me my food until another worker helps me, and I don’t think that’s alright. I don’t know if she has some sort of problem with me, but I am always respectful when I order and treat the staff with respect that I am not given. I love the pizza here, but I am constantly disgusted by the unwarranted disrespect I am given.

This pizza isn’t bad. I think it was over priced $5.08 for a slice was a bit much. I hoped it would be pretty good for that price. It wasn’t worth it. The pepperoni was too sweet, the cheese lacked depth, the crust had a nice crispness to it and good color, and the sauce tastes canned. I would have been happier with a fred Meyer take and bake for $5.50
In addition: I just read an owners response at another location stating that reheating the pizza does not fit their standards. This comment irritates me because that’s exactly what was just done with my slice.

Quick and efficient staff. They are always packed, but it’s worth the wait.
Their pizza is amazing. Pretty decent size and price, too:)

I come here multiple times a week to get food for my wife she has stuff going on medically that there’s only certain things that she can eat and thank God this place is one of them! The food here is great and it’s not super expensive either the staff is awesome always very professional very polite and super friendly to kids too it’s great! I highly recommend this place for pizza and pasta, the macaroni and cheese is delicious. The food always hot and fresh and if they only have a little bit of something left they have no problem whipping up some new food. It’s always a great experience and if I could give more than five stars I would

Great food but a bit pricey, but not terrible considering it’s in the food court. For now my pick for food in this area. Both visits have been great so far, will be back.

My kids and I will definitely come back to this place. Usually when a purchase is complete now a days businesses are done with you but this team of helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate my kids oopsie when he dropped his Mac and cheese. That is a moment I cannot forget. Food was so good and the cucumber salad was yummy and fresh for I couldn’t stop hearing a crunch of every bite. Thank you villa for having kind spirited individuals to make a wonderful family experience and have quality fresh meals for us. I will stop in to see you guys again any day I’m back at alderwood mall.

Yani is a great leader and her staff is knowledgeable and very nice! Anytime I go to Villa I have a great experience and the food is wonderful! The Mac and cheese is actually edible and you can’t say that for many places especially re heated at place of the catering event. Food and people are great and you can’t ask for much more!

We drive from Everett at least once a week to buy large portion of their Mac n Cheese because that’s the only thing our toddler eats and clears her plate…I’ve even asked what’s the secret recipe lol, because she refuses to eat any other Mac n Cheese, even home cooked. They are very friendly and welcoming.

Not worth your money. Took 2 bites of my pasta and threw it away. The rest was edible technically.
