‘Let’s Twist Again’ is a 1950’s style diner, conveniently located just off of Rt. 30 in Perth, NY serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner on select nights! We offer things like the typical ‘Greasy Spoon’ smashed burgers cooked on our flat-top grill, home-made comfort foods and the largest pancakes in the area!! We are the home of Cannoli Pancakes!

Pretty good. Food was good.
The first time we went there was a total bust, too many people waiting and then I caught my sleeve on a nail on the front of the deck so I was pissed off.
Went again and it wasn’t busy. Servers were cool and food came out quick.
Get rid of the stupid sign on the door, nobody gaf about your political obsession.
Probably won’t go back. But it was okay. Old people should definitely go there every day.

Classic small-town diner vibe. A few details were missed (no maple syrup, melted whipped cream, one utensil set), and the potatoes could be more seasoned and the pancakes a bit softer.
Still, the hazelnut coffee hit the spot and the condiments were thoughtful. Would stop in again.

In a small town sits a small quaint 60s diner that makes amazing over the plate pancakes that my child is absolutely obsessed with and must have every time we come. The weight staff is extremely friendly and I hear that they are family owned and run. I also learned that they have a pay forward program so if there are any homeless hungry people they can come in and get a meal that’s already been paid for.

Great diner. Nice 50’s & 60’s theme hence the name. Not a large place but not cramped either. Breakfast is not going to disappoint. The best part is the pancakes if you like pancakes this is the spot. I have yet to put my finger on the secret to their pancakes. What I can say is the flavor, texture, and consistency make for a 1 2 3 knockout. The subtle sweetness with a tiny crust like edge and the light fluffy heart makes anyone an instant pancake lover. I truly cannot say enough about these pancakes. Yes they have real maple syrup but you have to ask for it. Yes they use real butter.

Very cozy, cute, and welcoming. There is plenty of room. W/C accessible with ramp. Waitress was wonderful. Food selection was amazing. Food cooked perfectly. Was my first time there, will definitely be going back, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our car club has our fall ride today. We decided to take the ride out to Let’s Twist Again. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff was accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely be back. A big thank you to everyone at the Diner.

This was our 2nd visit to this cute little place. It’s super cute, but after a 2nd try, idk if I’d go again. It’s so cute, I had high hopes for it. The food was ok, the service was ok…. l expected a bit more “hometown” type service. Our waitress was quick to our table, but didn’t check back once we had our meal.

Those over-the-plate pancakes are no joke.
Stopped in for the unusual breakfast on a day off, since Amsterdam isn’t really packed with breakfast locations. Ordered the Greta Garbo, which included a choice of either a single pancake or french toast, choice of meat, two eggs, choice of toast, and hash browns or home fries. Also ordered two cups of decaf coffee, while my old man got some eggs, toast, home fries and a blueberry mascarpone cake slice.
In total the bill came to about $38, a fair deal for two people and all the food that came with the dishes we picked.
This was kinda a late breakfast for me so I went straight at the eggs and bacon like a mad man, wolfing down the hash browns and toast with them before I thought about taking a picture. Luckily I still had the entire table on my side taken up by the pancake, so I didn’t feel that big a loss. And boy, was that thing big. A good inch over the plate on any side, about a 1/4 inch thick, and cooked just enough to keep it fluffy. Comparatively, I’d have to say this thing was like at least 3 regular pancakes worth. Goodness.
The old man enjoyed everything he got as well, and we both got refills on the coffee which was fresh and tasty. Afterwards he surprised me by ordering a slice of cake, but I guess he was intrigued by the mascarpone bit. He’s not a sweets man, so him polishing off his plate meant that thing must of been right up his alley.
As for the diner itself, it has a very old school vibe. Booths and tables, American-themed memorabilia hanging everywhere, a juke box in the back, and regulars who sit up at the bar.

This is a cute restaurant. The food was good. The theme of the restaurant is very clear if not somewhat poorly executed. Service was a little rough around the edges, but once you got used to it was adequate. It is clear the staff takes pride in the restaurant.
