The girls name was grace she said. She had pigtail braids in. She was continuously touching and playing with her hair while she was waiting on our food to get done and not washing her hands. Then she made our fries again without washing her hands. I asked her to please stop touching her hair and she continued. The whole time not washing her hands. I’m a manager in fast food and I know that’s a big no no. I really didn’t appreciate that and I probably won’t be back to this location.

Heard the way the current store manager talks to their employees and even a few customers. Reminds me of a horribly toxic manager I had a few years ago. Would not recommend giving your service to this location.

I am addicted but the sad thing about it that they are just in Johnson city. And there are expansion plans.
Try anything on the menu but recheck your bag before your leave the window. They missed something the 2/4 times. They are super busy thou. Forgiven !

Pals is a great place, fantastic burger, great frenchy fries and cold drinks, fast service even though there is always a line there. Wish they had these down in Texas, they would put Whatburger out of business

I never come to this location and for good reason every other location is great but this one literally messes up every time, I came in today and literally spent my last dollar on a burger. Drove an hr to a friends house opened it up and sure enough it’s completely wrong, so I say whatever no biggie and decide to eat the fries, I get about halfway through the bag and literally see a big crawling through them as I’m chewing
