Worst customer service ever experienced. Ordered online. It said 45 min for delivery. We expected longer and gave more time. After an hour and a half of waiting, we called and were told it was on its way. After waiting a total of 2 hours we called again and were told it was on its way. Obvious BS. After 15 minutes on the phone with the young ladies that work there(most of the time I was hold) the pizza arrived. The driver didn’t like our complaints and sped away. All the while still on hold waiting for a manager. The same lady answered the phone and I simply had it. They can’t even send my call to the manager. They can’t deliver within a reasonable amount of time and would not refund our money. That’s not how it works. We were regular customers that were treated like crap for no reason. We will never order from here again. I recommend everyone not to bother either. The pizza ended up terrible. Most of the pizza was crust and bubbles. If a pizza has bubbles, it’s because the dough wasn’t done properly. This pizza place sucks. Don’t order.

Starting off with the food is amazing there’s not many pizza places left out there that make me want to go back the next weekend but this one did. My second time coming back we had a misunderstanding with my order and when I called to make a complaint Luisa went above and beyond with making my order right. Mistakes happen but when you get service like this that is what creates a loyal customer. As a former restaurant manager customer service is HUGE to me and you don’t see good customer service much these days so when I interact with someone like Luisa it is a breath of fresh air thank you!

I went there to get a smoked turkey pita…( this location is the only one near me that serves them). Joey was great!!! I commented on how their new Chicken Parm pizza looked really good….Joey offered one to me on the spot!!! It was well worth it!!! This is the best Mr. Pita/Papa Romano’s location in metro Detroit!!

Some of the best pizza if not the best pizza I have since moving to Detroit Metro. We only tried their pepperoni pizza but it did not disappoint! The pizza is perfectly greasy, cheese was everything I could ask for and the pepperoni was crisped just ever so slightly to make for one perfect pizza. Also get the garlic Parmesan crust!

Ordered for delivery, said it would be about 40 minutes. Okay, I was fine with that. Hour goes by and nothing. They call me a little after the hour goes by and say it’s going to be another 45 minutes to an hour. I tell them to forget it and give me a refund. Tell me okay we’ll refund you. That was July 21st…..STILL NO REFUND!!!! I’ve contacted my bank and we are doing a fraud report.

I accidentally forgot to give the girl her cash tip. 🙁 But, my food was a bit cold so I guess it’s okay. My pita did not have much cucumber sauce on it so it was dry. Update* There was an issue ordering on-line: missed my salad somehow. Place could have a real solid Detroit style, but needs more sauce.

I love papa Romanos food but the customer service at this specific location has been unfortunate every time I go in. No hello’s, how are you’s? Just a straight up “name?” This usually wouldn’t bother me but tonight at 5:00pm on 9/6 I order online and all of my cards aren’t working. I figure it’s my WiFi, no big deal. I go in to pay with my card and the gentleman’s response was “We aren’t taking card. Only cash.” I asked if this was why the website wasn’t working with my card and he says yes. I had to drive down the road to get cash. I asked how long this has been going on and if they could’ve posted something about it whether in store or online and how long it’d last because it felt Inconvenient. He proceeded to chuck my pizza on the counter, shrug as his answer and not apologize or acknowledge what I had asked or said. It felt a little disheartening and not an interaction I enjoyed or felt valued as a customer.
