Ordered a create your own hand tossed pizza online for Pickup. Got it home and the crust was completely underdone, doughy and gross. It also seemed to be way overloaded Of with toppings and sauce, which normally I would appreciate, but may have been why the crust didn’t cook all the way. It was super busy Friday night and the pie still wasn’t ready when I arrived (a bit late) to pick it up so I just don’t know if they were rushed trying to get orders out the door but sending customers home with undercooked pies is not the answer.

My delivery pizza tasted great but upon opening the box it looks like it slid or was folded under. With schmears on the lid and side of the box. It was no longer round – a $32 oblong pizza.

I’d compare this place to a Blaze Pizza. The all meats pizza was fantastic, and the wings were good too (tasted a lot like BWW’s). If dining in, place your order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table (grab your drink at the fountain). If we’re ever back in the area we’re definitely visiting this place again!

We actually ate out of the patio where they provided large patio entertainment toys. The kids really enjoyed entertaining themselves while we were waiting for our food. A baseball group came in after their game they were all eating ice cream from next door. Our pizza was good the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing.

Really disappointed with this local Donatos the order was 30 minutes past expected delivery time and when we got the pizza it said it was made over a hour from the time of delivery and the pizza wasn’t even warm and we are 10 minutes from the store we really like the pizza but it’s a shame the service is so bad

Donatos has probably got the best pizza around or at least it’s my favorite they’re always on time with the delivery and I can’t think of one time they screwed up my order.. great place to eat and super nice people that work there and I would recommend them to anyone.. kudos to Donatos for always being on time and prompt….
