It’s a decent cozy place suitable for a quick bite. Definitely going on my takeout options.
Service is good and quick. Got the Peruvian chicken sandwich. It was amazing especially the sauce and pickled onions add depth to the flavor profile. Brioche bun that it comes with is one of the best sandwich buns I have ever tasted. Fried chicken is a little on the greasy side but then again it is deep fried chicken.
Will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches.
They have a few indoor seating available and a couple of small tables placed right outside.

Their chicken sandwiches aren’t very good…they are incredible. Moist, succulent chicken, perfectly friend on flavorful batter. Nicely seasoned fries and onions rings with a crunch like no other. I gotta say it’s the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Must try.

The Southern Chicken Sandwich is so good. It’s crunchy with slight sweetness coming from the pickle. I thought the bun was perfect. It didn’t fall apart.
The Korean cheese steak tasted like a bulgolgi sandwich with cheese. It was a tad salty. The bread was soft.
The Takahashi Fries are awesome! Spicy mayo was not too spicy.
Limited bar table seating indoors, and tables outdoors.

They have so many options for vegetarians. Love the fact that they can swap chicken with tofu for all their sandwiches. Tried their Korean Fried Chicken sandwich with tofu instead. 10/10

Ordered a classic cheesesteak with fries and it was so so so mid. I give 2 stars for the quality of the meat but there is literally no flavor. Fries lacked salt, were cold and old as though they’d been cooked hours ago. The meat is drenched in cheese sauce but there’s no seasoning at all. The bread is also….quite a choice for a cheesesteak. Not the ideal bread to go with it.

Delicious sandwiches in Jersey City! I had the Peruvian Chicken Sandwich which was packed with lots of panko breaded chicken and loads of flavor. The fries were also great. I was also interested in trying the Korean Chicken Sandwich. Restaurant has 6 seats indoors and 3 tables outdoors when the weather is nice. Friendly staff. Price is reasonable. Parking can be difficult as it is street parking.

Don’t let this small hole in the wall restaurant fool you, they know what they are doing. Hands down a gem with one of the best crispy fried chicken sandwiches I have ever had!!! I recommend the Peruvian!
When I tell you – perfectly crispy, juicy, tender cuts of chicken that makes you want to lick the plate clean. Fresh and as clean as it gets. The sauce was crazy good, and not too spicy. The bread was also that buttery soft brioche bun that soaks up all the flavors and had enough integrity to hold it all together! The sandwich was really a work of art. 10/10
This is a true gem and a must try for anyone who wants top notch sandwich in the neighborhood.
Honestly, I can’t wait to work my way down the menu until I’ve tried everything. It all just looks and sounds so good.

Excellent little shop serving a simple menu of either fried chicken sandwiches or philly cheesesteak-style sandwiches (they have a classic but most are their unique takes) with some salad and fry options, too. Sandwiches were delicious, fresh, and well sized. We chatted w/ the owner and he was kind, along with the woman taking orders and helping expedite food. It’s a small operation so if its slammed w/ to-go, in-person orders, I could imagine it might take a minute. A few casual seats inside but not much room all together — this is a casual, quick stop type place.
We LOVED our two sandwiches and togarashi fries (the Korean & Italian chicekn sandwiches, specially — the Italian was the better of the two). Local, cool place that we will have on our short list from now on.
