I ordered 3 Pizzas asked for extra sauce on all 3 pizzas there was no sauce on any of them. The BOY who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. Told me he been making Pizzas since 10am and he put sauce on them so deal with it and then hung up the phone on me. One of my guests called the store and the manager answered (Olivia) and didn’t want to make the situation right. I spent 54$ and had guests over and received cardboard to serve them. I explained this and then Olivia offered to remake it or give me a credit. I asked for them to be remade and I didn’t want that Boy to make them, Olivia said that she would personally make them. Olivia made the Pizzas and they were 100% better than what I initially received so I had called to tell the Olivia that they were perfect. The BOY answered the phone and said “Liv, the Queen is on the phone for you!” I asked her what his name was she refused to tell me. I let her know the pizza was good and she said she knows and I said that guy needed to be fired for being rude and disrespectful to customers. People are spending their hard earned money to just receive what a young BRAT wants to give them and that’s NOT what they paid for. I’m very disappointed at how this was handled and will no longer be a customer of Domino’s across the board.

We placed an online order for our daughters family birthday party immediately following her Autism walk. The app worked perfectly and adjusted my available delivery time to 11:45. We checked the app and it stated our order was being prepped at 11:15. The party went on and when we checked again around delivery time it still said prep. We tried calling, with no one answering. Around noon I drove up the the store only to find out it was closed! We had to find another pizza place to fulfill our needs. While they were able to do so, food for our guests was over an hour behind and everyone was starving. I understand that things happen, but I am sure (as the new pizza place told us they can) turn off online ordering. I am sure I wasn’t the only one. I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I tried to check the app for information and there is nothing you can do until the order is delivered. In the evening, it went to completed and didn’t change to cancel until this morning. The funds are still pending in my account, but I am absolutely floored by the lack of service.

First off, it’s probably more convenient for me to go to the Strongsville location but that location’s service, quality, and treatment of employees is unacceptable (feel free to see my review there).
This location is consistently friendly across multiple employees and the quality control is unbeatable. I know, how often does someone mention “quality” and “Domino’s” in the same review?
Whoever is doing the hiring is either picking all the right people, the training is top notch, or some combination of those. This is probably the best Domino’s I’ve ever been to– I’m aware that nobody is thinking that’s a high bar but if you’re looking for Domino’s, this is the one! This is your Domino’s!
This location is a problem for my heart health. Believe me, I’m looking for any little reason NOT to come here but y’all are not giving that to me! Great job and please stop being this good!

The food seems to be consistently good quality and ready on time, but I specifically want to call out Noah’s service. Noah seems to really care about the customer experience, and is so kind, going above and beyond to be helpful while remaining efficient. I appreciate the great service!

The past five times I have tried to order from this location, it has been cancelled. The store is posted as opened on Google and the Dominos app. Multiple times I have called and they are refusing orders. One time at 8pm, another time at 3pm, and this time at noon. The times I was successful getting an order, it is low quality or incorrect. Would not recommend this location.

Worst experience ever, I ordered pizza but it was completely charred and I couldn’t even take a bite because it tasted so horrible.
Furthermore, when I phoned them, they simply put the phone down and played loud music while ignoring me.
I would never recommend this to anyone.
