I don’t recommend the fish ceviche. A good ceviche should have a generous amount of fresh, citrus-marinated fish with balanced flavors. If it was more like a tomato salad with tiny fish pieces, it might have been poorly prepared or just not an authentic recipe also the taste was just how it looked and still had to pay for it.

This place has by far the best seafood in So Cal bar none. There’s not a single thing on the menu that hasn’t been exceptional. I am not sure why I never paid attention as I have driven by this place for at least 24 years. Now that I have tried it , I can’t have enough of it. They have the best fried Mojarra, and they have the superlatively delicious cucaracha shrimp. Their shrimp dishes are out of this world. Their prices are also moderate for seafood. Stop wasting your time when looking for some good Mexican seafood restaurants. This is it. Don’t make the mistake I made. You can thank me later.
