Bangkok Corner is a must‑try! Their home‑style food reminded me of the warmth of family cooking. Every dish was full of flavor and comfort—I truly loved all of their food. A place that makes you feel at home with every bite.

The service was great, everyone was super polite and welcoming. The food was the best Thai food I’ve ever had. It beats the way more expensive places in price, portion size, and taste. For an appetizer and a meal it was only $20. You gotta try the egg rolls here, they are really good. Best food I’ve had in months.

**Bangkok Corner: Tiny Space, Big Flavor, No Fancy Decor—4 Stars!**

Let’s be real: if you’re looking for sleek decor or Instagram-worthy interiors, **Bangkok Corner** isn’t going to give you any of that. The “decor” is basically the kind of cozy charm that says, *”Hey, we’re not here for ambiance, we’re here for epic food at prices that won’t make your wallet cry.”* The restaurant is small—probably about 20 seats, and parking lot is small.

But who needs fancy decor when the food here is basically a flavor explosion? Let’s start with the **papaya salad**. If you’ve never had papaya salad that practically punches you in the face with its spicy, tangy goodness, then you’re in for a treat. It’s the kind of salad that makes you rethink your entire salad philosophy—suddenly, every other salad you’ve ever eaten feels like it’s just showing up for the free snacks. The crunch, the spice, the zest… it’s like a mini party in your mouth. And it’s affordable enough that you’ll want to throw a party in your mouth every day.

Then there’s the **spicy basil noodles**. Honestly, calling them “spicy” feels like an understatement. These noodles are so flavorful, they make you *feel* like you’re in Thailand—without the jet lag. The heat sneaks up on you, then it hits you with that perfect balance of spice and savory goodness that’ll have you slurping up noodles like your life depends on it. The only thing more satisfying than finishing your plate is knowing you didn’t have to sell a kidney to afford it.

And finally, the **Prik King stir fry**. Oh, the Prik King. It’s the stir fry version of a high five to your taste buds. The veggies are crisp, the sauce is rich and spicy, and honestly, if this dish were a person, I’d invite it to my wedding.

Look, you’re not coming to Bangkok Corner for the ambiance. You’re coming for the food—flavor-packed, no-frills, bang-for-your-buck food that’ll leave you wondering how they fit so much awesome into a little restaurant. And yeah, the decor is not so fancy. But who cares when you’re too busy shoveling down papaya salad and spicy noodles, grinning like a noodle-loving maniac?

Four stars for a tiny restaurant with *massive* flavor and prices so affordable, it almost feels like a heist. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.

Bangkok Corner in Costa Mesa is a hidden gem for incredible Thai food. The flavors are bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced — everything from the Pad Thai to the Panang Curry tastes authentic and made with care. The spice levels are spot on, and the portions are generous for the price.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick whether you are dining in or taking out. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a relaxed local vibe that makes it easy to come back again and again.

If you are craving real Thai food in Costa Mesa, Bangkok Corner is a must. Consistently excellent and easily one of the best Thai spots in Orange County.

The service here is EXCELLENT! We also loved the panang curry! The size and char grilled taste of the salmon filet was great, as well as the panang flavor and generous amount of broccoli. We’re excited to go back!

Their Yellow Curry dish is a solid 5 stars. It tasted delicious and fresh. The chicken, potatoes, and carrots blended together perfectly and the curry itself was mild (as requested) with a very flavorful kick. The jasmine rice was soft and fluffy, just as rice should be to soak up that yummy curry. The dish reminded me of my favorite in VA and everyone here loved it.

Definitely good eats and we look forward to reordering from here.

Restaurant is cramped, small, with a few tables and limited parking but with extremely flavorful and mouth watering dishes. If you are a fan of hot dishes, please try the basil beef rice. If you want something a little more tame but still flavorful try the Mongolian beef. Good value for your dollar and good portions.
