I was so disappointed with how my sandwich looked when I opened it up. I ordered an All American Club, which has turkey, ham, and bacon layered. The turkey was all on one side of my sandwich, and the ham was on the other. They didn’t fold it like normal, and one of the very ends of my sandwich had no meat. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half and it was so messy. Such a bummer.

I tried to call them to resolve this issue but they never answer the phone. I’ve tried previously when waiting in the drive thru with no response. And honestly that makes me angrier than why I called. Which is there was a 3 inch or so darker hair in my Sub. I have 2 feet of lighter colored hair I’ve had pony tailed. This isn’t mine. The staff here are varied. There’s 2 or so that seem customer friendly but I’ve had some strange experiences with the lot of them. Close to close one went off about getting out of there. I really like the Subway app and the drive thru however!

Walked into the store since I was down the street and didn’t want to order online and figured they would honor the online pricing. I was told I could order online and wait for the order to process or pay more than double the price and be on my way. I paid because I was in a hurry. Then today I try and order online and take advantage of the BOGO deal for mvp members but the site won’t let me log in and the chat function just bring me in circles! Tough to get a sandwich and be happy around here!
