Tried this for the first time tonight. The chili cheese dogs were what you would expect. Nothing too crazy or anything that stands out. I got the loaded tots too. I didn’t pay enough attention to the wording. I thought these would be fried tots but they’re baked and mushy and weren’t what I was looking for. I ended up tossing those but the hot dogs were fine.

I really wanted to like this spot, as it is in my backyard and I love craft beer.
We went on a Sunday afternoon, and were the only patrons visiting. Food was served quick, but the sides were cold (cold food seems to be an issue after reading the reviews).
My real main concern was that we spent $17.00 on beer and literally had half a glass of drinkable beer. Some taps were completely out, and others were not calibrated correctly so all that was served was “beer head” aka – foam. I tried to share this with the staff, but they didn’t really seem to address the issue or at least offer to comp some of beer head as that’s all that we had served.
If you want craft beer – stick to one of the breweries or checkout the other self pour rooms in downtown that have the system calibrated correctly.
On the fence about giving this place another shot.

The chili cheese dog was pretty good! I definitely enjoyed the ribs and sweet potato tots too. The way you can self serve your wide variety of beer is something I’ve never seen before. Friendly employees and a good atmosphere. I’d definitely go there again before a Riverdogs game!

We orderd our food at the same time. Some got food first, then the rest was late. I had to go ask where was my order . My husbands sweet potato fries came out 20 minutes late. Our dinning experience here was a waste of time and money.

Highly anticipated, big letdown. It’s only been open 4 days and they really need to tighten up. Cold food that took forever to deliver, trash cans overflowing in the dining room, 4 employees standing around and we were the only customers.

I was DISAPPOINTED because working in customer service you should alway speak to your customer. The guy at the front did not speak are never looked up at all ! The food was cold the tea was out the cups was out, I had the nacho hotdog the chips that was on my hot dog were not fresh they had that old taste to it. I work at the hotel around the corner and I would not be recommended this place due to the lack of customer service my fries came out cold I was very disappointed with my visit!

First time experience and it was not what we were hoping for. The food was NASTY, tasted like microwaveable store bought food and they’ll kept running out of food. The service was good but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment especially after paying over $50 dollars for a bite to eat and it was so unsatisfactory.

Not the best. I ordered 2 different hot dogs and both were cold. The hot dog buns were hard. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself is cool but the hot dogs were sub par.

Out of business after only a few months. Horrible franchise model. If you are looking to own one, don’t. They delete any and all truthful (ie negative) comments. Avoid this company at all cost.
