Reviews
I have to admit I was very grossed out by the bathroom. It was not very well kept and the big roach starred at me while I was letting my 3 year old go potty. I couldn’t eat the food afterwards because it didn’t look appetizing at all. My chicken looked like tripe.
Not sure if it was my overall experience or if the food really wasn’t good. I just couldn’t do it.
You would have to try it for yourself, just don’t use the restroom.
Location: close to burger King but in an area that can be hard to get in/out of due to traffic. Limited parking that’s sometimes shared with the Mexican restaurant next door.
Atmosphere: outdated, the floors were a bit dirty (they dnt move the tables to sweep). Not too loud. Easy to order at the counter. Booths and tables available. Some booth seats are torn from usage. Drive-thru available.
Food: large variety and fairly priced. Crab rangoon, dumplings, egg rolls, honey chicken, lo mein, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, wings, hot & sour soup, steamed veggies, Foo young, general tso chicken, szechuan beef, pork, shrimp, etc. The food quality is ok. The lo mein needs more flavor, the crab rangoon have too much air in them, and the honey chicken is too watery.
Price: I felt comfortable with the price for the portion size. I paid $14 for 6 crab rangoon, lo mein, honey chicken and a drink.
Staff: Friendly. They are very short staffed but were quick with my order.
Overall, not horrible but not the best I’ve had. It’s just ok if I’m wanting to get some quick lo mein and chicken without going to the typical buffet.
