This place is horrible. We had drive thru yesterday and it took nearly 20mins to get our food and they were not even busy. We had 1 car in front of us. When we got to the window after waiting 15mins just sitting in the car, we waited another 5mins glaring through the window while being ignored. When we got our food, we asked for BBQ sauce and Hot sauce which we found out was missing after we got back on 99. Our food wasn’t even that warm either. It’s insane that these people get paid $20 to mess up your order and take so long. It’s “fast food” but not at this location. I would never go back.

Been going to Taco Bell in my city chowchilla for 2 years now, never have any issue with the taco sauces. All the Mexican workers are great except today for lunch, a white lady claims to be the manager and only gives two taco sauces per taco. Never heard of these before my entire life eating tacos bell. I always enjoy my tacos or burritos with 6 fire sauces. Not today.

It’s fine if they get your order right. Guys, if you drink on a weekend and your wife goes out to get food from here, they will mess your order up, then your wife will be mad at you because she wants you to go back and get the missing items. Just give me everything I ordered, please. This happens on multiple occasions because I’m an alcoholic and they forget to give my wife everything we ordered.

Their happy hour for their freezes aren’t the same as everywhere else. It’s $1.79. No wonder their parking lot and drive thru is empty.
We went to tell the guy at the window that he should let management know that they would make more money if they did the full deal, and he said, “We will let management know.” and closed the window in the middle of my mother’s calm, well-mannered sentence. The guy was white with black hair and worked at 3 p.m. on April 29th. He didn’t need to take it personal, we even said that it wasn’t his fault, and we understood he just worked there.
Definitely won’t stop here again. it’s not worth it.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. And then left and came back with no cars in drive thru. And the guys still tells me to wait. I waited an additional ten minutes and still would not help me, I left and got tacos at the El gruellense. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Came in to use the restroom and grab a drink. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, this wasn’t the crews fault they looked understaffed and were doing their best.
