i paid extra for my drink to be large, have flavoring added, and have flavored cold foam but they gave me a medium drink with no flavor in the cold foam or the drink. the matcha was not blended in either. the only thing they got was the the breve which i also paid extra for. my infusion also came with no syrup flavoring in it. if you want coffee you should just make it at home!!!!! someone needs to do their job or
train these people!!

I really used to like this scooters, but it seems like the inconsistency with the drinks is real lately. It’s so frustrating when one day I go and the drink is amazing and then the next day I go and it tastes like water or extremely bitter/burnt. Today I ordered a drink and then after tasting the drink, it tasted like water, so I asked if they could charge me for an extra shot of espresso instead of making it again, they said no, they would have to charge me for a whole new drink. ??????

I have ordered from here for years and it was fine until they got the new staff within the past 5 times I’ve gone up they either mess up my drink or just don’t give it to me, idk how you can be a coffee place and not know how to make coffee

I know there’s other coffee places but nothing like scooters, the caramelicious is hands down an amazing coffee in all forms, iced, hot and blended. The strawberry matcha is also delicious and refreshing. I recommend the tomato and feta egg bites for a quick breakfast.

This particular Scooter’s actually has a dining room as well as a drive-thru, which is clean and quiet. I received my order quickly and while I enjoy their coffee, I was disappointed that the maple waffle sandwich was not available. Instead, I ordered a bacon chiabatta sandwich which was “overy-nuked,” giving it the consistency of boot leather. However, it’s really the only, “bad” experience I’ve had at Scooter’s, so I don’t wish to be overly negative based on that.

Scooters has the best food and coffee drinks! This location has a quick and easy drive through right off of the main road, and their inside space is perfect for sitting to work/study. The baristas are friendly, and play great music 🙂

these girls are always so nice! they are so wonderful no matter what time of day! when I first when through and ordered something I didn’t like I told them the next time and they recommend the Twix 10/10! definitely worth trying.

Friendly, Happy, staff (even early in morning!), clean location, and in my opinion great regular coffee, and a special treat is the delicious cinnamon rolls, yum!
