Such a horrible experience!!! I spoke to the manager in charge regarding them messing up my order and instead of apologizing he goes on to debate that it was my fault and I ordered it wrong. I told him I have my order up and it clearly shows my 3 topping that I actually got charged extra for. He told me he made it him self and I had to fight for him to make it right he cut me off and said he didn’t want problems so he’ll make it again. He asked me to give him back my order even though I now had to wait an addition 45 min for my pizza. I payed $27 for 1 pizza. Truly one of the worst companies to order from. What a rip off. I will also be reporting this to their corporate offices.

On a few occasions, a topping that I ordered had been left off my pizza, causing me to have to call the store to inform them and then driving back to pick up the pizza with the correct toppings. However, they did allow me to keep the incorrectly made pizza. Additionally, their prices can be a bit costly.

Usually good. Tonight not so much. 1 large OK, 1 large WRONG toppings. Checked order details in the App, order was right, pizza was wrong. Should’ve checked, but, curbside, dark, late, sealed box. Tried contact us on the android App (5.11.1) would not take location info. I went around and around. Pizza was then wrong, and COLD. This may partly explain the bankruptcy. I feel bad for employees losing their jobs, but I think I’ll redeem my points and try Domino’s. Sorry.

I had some trouble, making out, what the person who answered was saying. After a few kind repeats, I realize, that I am talking to a ordering service, who is going to connect me directly to the pizza store that I used to order from but no longer, because they do not deliver to my area?
I am asking her “why not?,You used to deliver in the past, no problem. Then I notice although their on the same street they are not Pizza Hut, oops my apologies. I am calling the wrong pizza place.
I needed to call Pizza Hut to get a clear efficient person ready to deliver my order, who knows my address already, delivers quickly so my pizza is hot. Thank Pizza Hut and Kevin for the good food and service.

Better know the price before you order anything, look online for special. They have no menu price inside or online, they like to make up their own price. They do add a service charge on everything. I’m surprise pizza hut has no price menu.

The worst Pizza Hut ever, you are charged a service fee on top of taxes. The quality of the food has definitely changed, and to not offer condiments at all is insulting. There needs to be at one African American working their and that just might be the problem! Spent $76 on 3 pizzas and wings I definitely should have gone to Piara Pizza! The order was wrong, the pizza toppings weren’t right and it wasn’t even busy. No smiles just attitude and give me your money.

P. Hut advertised 3 topping $11. I ordered it but they no longer serve it. Instead, they offered 2 topping medium for $12, SCAM, you Had to buy 2 which came to $24. TV advertising didn’t mention it & print too small to read. I ordered a lg & it was very good (4.5 )
