Came in to get subs and glad we did! Normally we order on UberEats, but since we were already out, we decided to come inside. The store was clear both outside and inside. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Chips, desserts, and drinks were fully stocked. Definitely glad we came inside. And I earned shore points which was a great plus!

This is my first time ever eating a Jersey Mike’s sandwich. I was referred by a few people and never took the initiative to stop in until now. The store is super nice and the staff there are very polite. I got the number 17 and 56. The sandwiches were very good. The bread is very fresh and so were all the other ingredients. The number 56 is is the big kahuna philly steak and the 17 is the classic philly steak. I will return and try another type of sandwich next time. I even recommend trying it yourselves.

The subs were decent, and the girl that who served us was great … We ordered a BLT minus the lettuce and tomato and they still charged me extra for the cheese, so just bacon, cheese and no extra anything, paid more for less… Change the policy so reps can make decisions that are best for the customer

Excellent customer service with a very clean environment. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The only minor downside was a slight delay with my pick-up order, but the staff remained helpful throughout.

My last three online orders have been 10 to 20 minutes past the pickup time. Tonight’s employees told me directly that online orders are deprioritized; that any in-person customer arriving after my online order has been placed gets served to completion first, while my order waits (in tonight’s case, sandwiches sitting open half-done on the counter). The employees told me this was Jersey Mike’s policy – first come *in person* first served, and online gets what they get when there happens to be time.

Hi, Eric I got a tuna sandwich today and it was dry, didn’t taste as good like b 4 and the lady who was slicing turkey for the person in front of me, the turkey juice was going everywhere and my bread was near it, then this other lady put a tin of lettuce on a mini sub some was left on the counter the same girl who was slicing turkey put the remaining lettuce back in when she should’ve thrown it out. It’s not sanitary. The sandwich made me sick after eating it.

This location is by far the best when it comes to service, cleanliness, and quality. The staff was very attentive as soon as we walked in and even offered suggestions for my brothers sub choice. Friendly staff, and the store was very well kept and clean. Our subs were amazing and fresh. Though I live closer to another location, I will continue to make the extra 10 min drive for this location.
