Ordered on the app, and went to pick up my sandwiches. I arrived 5 minutes past the time they were supposed to be ready, and they had given my order to someone else. Irritating, but they were busy so understandable that they can’t check everyone. So I was going to have the order remade, and all they had was wheat bread. Why would they be out of all the other bread choices at 6 pm? So I got a refund and went to Quiznos. Lodged a complaint with corporate, never heard anything for weeks. Then it was just an AI reply saying it has been resolved. No, it hasn’t, in my opinion.

Id have to say I gave up on this subway because they are known to cross contaminate stuff when they slice and prep it for the cold case. after visiting here more often than i cared to. the stuff i bought tasted like they sliced everything after spicey peppers. had enough of it and never went back.

Here is my $30 worth of signature sandwiches…. gas station food would be better. Slow service and they have gave me trash sandwiches 3 times now. Go to GI or some where else… btw, I added my own onions

We placed an order to go. Picked it up and went back to work (literally 5 blocks). Subs looked thrown together and a mess. I should’ve taken a pic. Half my cub had mayo, other half was dry. Ingredients weren’t spread out. Not at all impressed.

the manager is incredibly rude, when i picked up my food and got home we noticed we were missing 2 items, so i called her back and she said “well i put the item in the bag myself i know it was in there.” after which i said i don’t know what to tell her cause it was not in the bag, she suggested that the door dasher took it out of the bag when i picked it up myself so she didn’t even know what order i was talking about. her only solution was for me to drive across town back to the store so she could show me the cctv footage of her putting it in on of the two bags that were up there, and then ended the call with “this is he manager by the way, bye”. just make the drive and go to the other subway.
