I ordered Papa John’s and specifically asked for BONELess wings. Somehow I still received bone-in wings. This was not just some small mistake because the food was for my pregnant wife. So I call the store thinking they would fix THEIR mistake.
Instead I was flat out told I could bring the wings back to the store to exchange them. So I said I really have to waste my gas and time to drive all the way back up there to fix something yall messed up? And I was told unfortunately yes. No apology. No remorse. No discount. No credit. No nothing.
So because of their mistake my pregnant wife had to sit there hungry while I’m expected to drive back, wait, and make her wait even longer for food. That is crazy and completely inconsiderate.
On top of that, when I opened the pizza box the pizza didn’t even look good. Sloppy, uneven, and rushed. Definitely not worth the money. I attached a picture so people can see what they’re actually sending out.
So let me break it down. They messed up the order. I lost money. I wasted time and gas. I got yelled at by my wife for something I didn’t do. And the solution was basically tough luck.
This is terrible customer service and horrible management. This is not how you treat paying customers at all. Total waste of money and I will never order from this Papa John’s again. If you’re thinking about ordering from here don’t unless you’re okay with wrong food and being told to fix their mistakes yourself.

It was alright. My pizza was ready quickly, and the staff was friendly. However, I asked for extra sauce, but I think that they misread my instructions and gave me extra cheese instead. That kind of sucked, but it’s not a huge deal.
They did have a really cool St. Patrick’s day display at the front, which made me laugh.

This is not about the store itself. This is about the Papa John’s corporate team in that area. They are AMAZING at handling bad decision making in their GM behalf. They called me back quickly and listened to my concerns about my experience. It was a great experience talking to Mrs. Trish. Although last night was terrible I’m glad it was corrected today.

AVOID this place please. Made a door dash order at 1220. They cancelled my first order, then told DoorDash they were making a new order and then lied to my dasher and told him it had already been delivered. Lying to paying customers and dashers is a bad business practice. It’s also just a waste of time.

Ordered a pizza and went to pick up and they didn’t have my order in their system claiming I cancelled. The cashier was very friendly but the lady who came to ask about the order was having a bad day and was confrontational and dismissive like they’re waiting for an argument with customers to post on YouTube I left, no worries. The manager was there and allowed this with no offers to help or correct their mistake. I won’t go there again.

The heavy set caucasian worker or manager looked me dead in my eyes and told me she gave me the right pizza. I got thin cracker crust pizza, instead of the real original (what I ordered) as if I haven’t been eating pizza chains my whole life. Had the nerve to tell me a machine presses it down.. I don’t care lady, I’m not satisfied! Took it up with my bank. Messes up everyone order and don’t care.

The pizza I ordered was the new one that was the calzone pepperoni and hamburger meat. I was very disappointed in the pizza. There was not enough meat on the pizza. I will let anyone know to keep away from Papa John’s Pizza. The pizza pie did not have a taste. Waste of money.

!ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT PAPA JOHNS! Didn’t get my food, and I’ve called 3 times trying to get a refund to no answer. Now they have door dashers instead of delivery drivers so it’s less reliable to show up on time, quality of food is colder /less well maintained, and if it’ll even show up just so the store can save more money at the customers expense. Not only is the door dasher incapable of doing their one job of taking food 1.5 miles from the store but the Papa John’s employees are also incapable of helping in anyway.
