This place is ridiculous , they had a fresh plate of cookies sitting there they didnt want to sell me. Saying I had to wait 20 min for them to cool! like dont they have tools to place them in plastic container , every excuse in the book to not sell me and ignore me laughing while I stand there like nothing terrible customer service , its not their business or money what do they care right?

The last 3 times that I have ordered from the Ft.Harrison Subway, my order has either been wrong or missing items. Tonight my foot long BLT literally had 2 slices of bacon, when it was ordered with double bacon. Only 2 people working, older lady and a young worker. Older lady blamed the very young worker and you could clearly tell the young worker was not the one who made it. Then proceeds to say…I have been here 3 years and have not had one complaint. We’ll honey…you have to answer the phone when it rings. Yes. I tried calling for 30 minutes before going up there.

I dont know what has happened. New employees or employees that just don’t care anymore. But this is the 3rd time ordering thru the app at this store. The first time I ordered a Footlong all the veggies minus tomato. What I got was tomato and lettuce. I didnt complain even though I added a tip when I placed my order.
Today, I ordered my sub with all the veggies except tomatoes and I get just a tiny bit of lettuce, pickles, spinach a whole lot of onions and olives. But no cucumber, no green pepper, no jalapeños, no banana peppers and no mayo.
I even asked in the “special instructions” box to be sure to pay attention to the veggies requests for each sandwich. Thanked them very much and added my Tip to the “sandwich artist”. So, not only did they NOT get my order right, but when I opened the wrapper, they wrapped it so it was upside-down so that everything spilled out and needed reasembled.
Thanks guys! I never complain. It takes a lot to get me to complain. This was it. I gave you another chance. I gave you another tip even though I wasn’t happy last time, and you blew it! We will take our $30 order, plus tip elsewhere next time.

The man who waited on me was very friendly and very nice the problem is the last two times I have been in there they have one person working walk-ins call ins and drive through. This poor man had to fill everything and do it all his self and I think that’s ridiculous

I’m giving a 3 star because Chris was awesome. He was working completely on his own at 12 NOON on a Saturday and even though he was rushed on his own he remained polite and professional. Where was management? If employees call in or are a no-show the manager needs to come in and help out the one employee that showed up!!

It seems Subway (at least this one is cutting back) the food portions were a lot smaller than usual causing the sandwiches to be very dry. When we arrived it seemed someone had been vaping in the store and the employees were nice enough but they both went to ask me questions at the same time and then got annoyed with me for not answering immediately. Overall not a great experience which it’s a subway so would have been fine if the food was good. If you’re going to lessen how much you put on sandwiches don’t charge me $30 bucks for 2 sandwiches.
