Thank you, Hayden, for a perfect Double Tall White Mocha! It is delicious. However, your entire team stood literally behind you talking while you made all drinks. I did not appreciate that because it meant I had to wait longer for my drink. Also, not a single person out of the 6 standing behind you ask to help you. And im sure one was a manager.

I’ve actually never been to such a horrible Starbucks!! My drink that I’ve been ordering every morning for excessive months… they couldn’t figure out and gave me a third of cup. My breakfast sandwich was cold and undercooked. Very disappointing and glad I’m only visiting the area

Has to be the rudest staff out of any Starbucks on the planet. Almost want to give 5 stars because it’s truly impressive how they’re able to maintain such a consistent culture and experience. You want to laugh because it feels like you’re at Dick’s Last Resort or Karen’s Diner—then you remember you’re at a Starbucks. Absolutely horrible.

There is one nice person that works here. The rest are surprisingly rude. It is every visit. If I say thank you, close by the barista, they literally do not even respond. They are much much nicer at the Safeway Starbucks across the street. I happily walk across the parking lot knowing I’m giving my money to nicer humans for an expensive coffee.

We order here regularly because it’s so close to home and on the way out of town, but the last 2 orders have been messed up and it’s at the point where I guess I have to go to Safeway or drive to Brentwood. What a bummer.
Last order they used real milk in my dairy-free drink order (literally ordered from the nondairy section of the app, no customization).
Today I picked up my mocha with oat milk and it clearly has no mocha sauce, and tastes like it might be real milk as well. Not sure how that’s a thing but of course we are always on the way somewhere and I don’t have time to stand around while they remake my drink each time.
I would hope staff could take non dairy orders more seriously as for me it’s not a preference, I am nursing and can’t have dairy because of my baby’s allergy/sensitivity. I would hate to have an actual allergy myself and rely on them to not contaminate my order. Maybe they should have a section in the app where you can indicate an allergy so the label is more likely to grab staff’s attention to prevent this.

Did a mobile order at 9:25 am said 10 -13 min. Order never came up until 9:48!! When I even asked about it and got snapped at that it is a busy Saturday. Unacceptable when half my order was ready. It seems all the cold drinks were being done before hot. I had a simple Cafe Americano!! No excuses worst service always !!
