We love Amy’s! Always enjoy the “small town diner” atmosphere, and when we went on Sunday for lunch, the young man wearing the “manager” shirt was great. He asked us multiple times if we needed anything, and our food was very yummy. Great service!

Stayed a week at the Kansas Star Casino. I was searching for pizza and Amy’s showed up. Reviews were good but many reviewers stated their crust is doughy and I do not like doughy crust. I figured I’d give it a shot thinking maybe it would be different for me. I went in the evening and as others stated, there were only teenagers working. However, my server was very friendly and was working hard. The pizza looked great when it came out although the crust was rather light. The toppings were fresh, the pizza has great flavor, and the toppings were great for the price. I can’t give this place 5 stars because I have to agree with other reviewers. This pizza would be phenomenal if it stayed in the oven another 3 mins. The crust was not “doughy” as others have stated but it is on the verge. The crust is just barely done and, in fact, the fresh toppings such as onions, peppers, etc, weren’t cold, but weren’t hot either. The pizza would be insanely good if they would just crisp that crust up a little. I would definitely eat here again but I would ask them to run the pizza through longer.

Agree with others on here…. Staff consisted of 3 teenagers who did not really know what they were doing. It took 30 minutes just get our appetizers. The cheese fries were not cooked all the way through, fries in the middle were still soggy and wet. Once our pizza was finally ready, we couldn’t eat it as there
was still raw dough in the middle. We took the pizza home and re-cooked it. Multiples times I did not have any waitresses in sight so I grabbed my own napkins/silverware from behind the counter. Atmosphere was nice, a small bluegrass band was playing in the front of the restaurant. I will not be going back, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff did not pay attention to special directions, why put it as an option if not going to follow how pizza is asked to be made, also pizza was raw and doughy inside and bottom was still light colored, wasn’t done at all, horrible food and attention to detail

Have to agree with what others are saying on here. No problem with your teen staff, most of which were trying hired and had great attitudes, but you are running a restaurant and the food has to be edible. Our pizza was not “doughy,” it was raw and still cold in the center. Sad part is I could tell by the taste around the edges it would have been great had it been cooked properly. Loved the flavor but had to take the rest home and re-cook it later. As well, when we were in there, there was a crowd of people hanging out in back with some of the staff and after awhile someone had to break up the conversation to get someone else to come start cooking our food.
On the positive side, the prices were right and the potential is here but the owners need to tighten up the ship and the processes. We ended up here because we couldn’t get into any other restaurant we previously tried because of the crowds, but we were one of only two tables of guest in here.

Jace offered great service and the owner and other server checked on us as well. The owner gave a little sticker craft to our little boy while we waited for our food, but it wasn’t a long wait! And the pizza and calzone were delicious!! Totally worth the drive from Wichita.

For the best pizza, you need to tell them to burn it, seriously. The Sicilian is fantastic, extra sauce, add shrooms. Chicken/ Bacon Ranch sandwich is good. Cheeseburger pizza is good but ask for sliced pickles added. Also, best ice in town. It’s a small town joint that employs a great number of good local kids, expect such.
