Ordered carry out last night on Friday night with a 60 min wait. I got there at 60mins and my food was literally just finished; perfect timing. Everything was hot, fresh, tastes great, correct and plenty of toppings! We got 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and Alfredo pasta.. YUM! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was working very hard.

This was the worst food I have ever had delivered. The bread sticks were uncut and hard as rock, the meat lovers pizza had an odd taste, the pepperoni pizza also had an odd taste no sauce. It was over all the worst food I’ve ever had. 53.00 thrown in the garbage.

None of the food was fresh. It all seemed to have been sitting there for a while while they waited for the last of our food to get done. The app said my order was already be done but it wasn’t. Ordered pizza through Pizza Hut call #. Didn’t show up for an hour and a half and was just warm. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT!!!!! Need I make myself clearer. You will regret it. Pay attention to the number of 1 star ratings. Almost as many as positive ratings.

This location always gets the order wrong. It’s not hard to complete an online order already typed out for you… When I called to get the correct pizza delivered, they said it would be an hour. 2 hours later and still no pizza. When trying to call, they will not pick up the phone. Customer service number tells you to call the store so corporate is not helpful either. Avoid this location.
Follow up, corporate said they would contact me within 3 days and it has been a week and still nothing. Very poor customer service.
Another update. 3 weeks later and corporate has still not responded after an additional call. They clearly do not care.

Pizza took longer to deliver then it should have. Missing 1/3 of my order when delivered. Called to say part of my order was missing and they said another driver would be out with the rest of my order. 16 hours later and the rest of my order still has not arrived and nobody ever answers the phone to talk to someone. I’m owed $7.99 plus taxes plus part of the tip I gave, since it’s based off of total price. Hardly ever do I have a normal, simple experience with them.
