I lived in southern Arizona for over 10 years, and the breakfast burritos here are better than almost anything else I’ve had. Huge portions and fresh ingredients. It looks like the salsas are made in-house as well. I wish they had a sign outside the gas station though. We almost missed it!

I totally loved this little spot for Mexican food, as trucker most of the we are only able to buy fast food from truck stops and sometimes I wish most truck stop can offer more like home made food instead of pizza or burgers. Well this place is 10/10 food is delicious and costumer service is great, they close at 8pm so if you nearby and want to eat some good Mexican food stop here. I totally recommend, I am from Los Angeles so I know the taste of good Mexican food and this is the one of those spots. I ordered a carnitas wet burrito and some chicken tacos for my daughter and she totally loved it.

Maskadores is one of those truck stop gems that you wish was more common in gas stations everywhere. Very sizeable portions here and very good food. I ordered a green chile beef burro smothered in green sauce. I was warned by the nice lady that the green chile was very spicy. It has a very good spice but not one of those unbearable, vinegary spicy tastes; it was good heat from good green chilies.
I’m not usually out in Buckeye but next time I am I will probably stop here again to try some more delicious food.

At the chevron on Miller and Yuma, although it is in the gas station the delicious aroma hits you the moment you walk in the door. Absolutely fabulous food. The portions are big and filling.

I had a really disappointing experience at Maskadores Taco Shop in Buckeye. An employee mixed up the orders of two Black customers who looked completely different and were dressed nothing alike. Other guy was at least 20 years older lol. Instead of simply fixing the mistake, she gave attitude and tried to blame the customers for her confusion.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue politely, she acted irritated and dismissive, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for everyone involved.
Mistakes happen, but respectful customer service should be the minimum. This experience definitely left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses it so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.
