If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management absolutely needs to be aware of what’s happening at the drive-thru. My order was read back incorrectly, and I calmly corrected it: not 2 hot chocolates — I wanted 1/2 hot chocolate and 1/2 coffee. Instead of simply fixing it, the woman on the speaker became argumentative and hostile, insisting she’s “been doing this for 5 years” and that there’s “no button for that,” so that’s what it’s called.
That’s not customer service — that’s confrontational and unprofessional. A polite correction should never turn into being spoken to like you’re a problem. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. Management should address this immediately before more customers are treated the same way.

Very nice service they have a drive thru restaurant was clean and nice food tasted good and had good selection. Food took a little bit long to get otherwise was nice. Hot chocolate was very hot but tasty.

A large Dunkin’, spotless, fast service. We both had the bacon breakfast sandwiches, a wrap for my wife, and both are outstanding. Delicious, fresh, hot, with some of the best bacon we’ve had in a long time.

Nearly every time I go to this Dunkin’, the employees always manage to mess up at least one thing about my drink. And every time you correct them, because it literally says the order on the sticker, they are so rude about it as if they weren’t the one who made the mistake. If i paid an extra dollar for cold foam, I’m expecting cold foam. Customer service is not valued here whatsoever, EVERY employee is disrespectful and as much as I understand not wanting to deal with customers, arguing with them is not helpful nor necessary. One customer made a mistake and went in the mobile order drive thru, she went inside to ask the employees about the drive thru and while she may have been stand offish, the employees argued with her and were so rude. Horrible service, horrible employees. Especially that one girl with the black hair, black eyeliner, and big lashes. It’s not hard to correct YOUR mistakes.

Just came in for a drink and walked into a full fight between staff where an employee (Brad) was up in a female employees face and was screaming “shut your trap, open your trap one more time and see what happens” the rest of the staff tried to de-escalate and the manager did nothing but complain about the window time. Not all Dunk’s are created equal. This one far exceeds expectations, wraps & sandwiches are actually made with a level of care and the employees actually generally care about what they are doing.

If you want to make it to work on time, go to any other 5 Dunkins in Haverhill. This one is by far the worst managed. Today, there was 20 people waiting and all the employees were just standing around except for one that was wiping down the counters for no reason. It’s been like this for years and they can’t seem to figure out how to be an efficient operation. I just drive across town to the Dunkin’s on ward hill that is excellent. All managers and employees should be replaced with competent people.

From Oct 2024: I had started going there again because things had improved. The girl working the drive-thru in the morning is wonderful (I hope they can keep her.) That said, not sure what kind of coffee I got today but it wasn’t pumpkin and it tastes weird. I hope this is a fluke and we are not regressing.
From 5 years ago: They screw up my order, generally every time I go there. Usually I can fix it later, but a couple times I’ve had to go back and have them re-do it. I may just stop going there altogether.

I was asked to wait at the second window for a doughnut. I waited 7 minutes before going inside and finding all the children working here all just chit chatting pretty sure they forgot what a job is. This place is a joke that isn’t funny. If you have to stop here I’d suggest fallowing my advice.
1. Check your food and taste test your drink. I once ordered a large hot latte only to find out 3 minutes later after getting in the highway that I paid for steamed milk.
2. DO NOT pull up to the second window to wait for them to finish your order. You are not obligated to do so, and there is a good chance they will forget about you.
3. Don’t argue just ask for your money back if they start being difficult.

They made my brown sugar shaken espresso, and I asked for light ice. But, all they did was just take out some ice and drink so it was halfway filled. Then, they didn’t add the 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup to the drink, so it was just coffee and milk. Horrible.
