Kanishka Wijesekara (Kanishka)
Made a reservation for two for Friday night Ramadan buffet! Right at Iftar (end of fast) at 5:35pm the buffet opens with a good selection of kebabs and other Turkic proteins. I must say the food was high in quality and taste. The kebabs were a hit and there was a 30 min gap between refills so do go early on kebab nights. The dessert choices were probably the best I’ve ever had at a buffet and I’m comparing this to Chinese, Japanese and Indian AYCEs. I was surprised to know that they have a beer, wine and cocktail menu. In addition to that they have Turkish teas and coffee. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with artificial trees in between tables with Turkish chandelier decor lighting. $35 per adult and no drinks are included. There is a 18% service charge added for the buffet. It per head price might seem steep but this buffet is meant for people that haven’t had a drop of water for over 12 hours and the price must match the potential appetite I guess. I think if you’re new to Turkish cuisine you must try this buffet and find out your favorites.

Pasha sits in a strip mall, and from the outside you might mistake it for a small takeout spot. Step in, and it is surprisingly spacious and welcoming. We were seated right away without a reservation. Our server was warm, attentive, and checked if we were familiar with Turkish food before guiding us through the menu.
We started with the Mixed Meze, which was a great choice. The spicy antep ezme and the carrot-based havuç tarator were standouts, especially with the fresh warm bread they brought to the table.
For the mains, we went with the Lamb Adana and the Mixed Grill, both on the server’s recommendation. The Lamb Adana was tender and flavorful, the kind that melts in your mouth. The Mixed Grill felt like the “meat lovers” of Turkish cuisine — generous portions and everything cooked perfectly.
Portions were big enough that dessert had to wait until next time, which honestly gives us a good reason to return.
Delicious food, courteous staff, and reasonable prices — hard to ask for more.

Disclaimer: I own a restaurant as well. We are not affiliated with Pasha. Even though we actually were going to try getting this location 😉
The pictures are from our third visit in the last couple of months, since we discovered the restaurant. We live in the same town but don’t usually come that way. But we are glad we did.

Got take out a few weekends ago for the first time. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the falafel and the lamb! My only complaint is that their rice and bulgar are not dairy free, which may prevent me from ordering from here again.

I went for a drive to Ellington and Manchester today. This place had good reviews and a great menu so I decided to check it out. It’s an unassuming spot in a strip mall from the outside but the inside, it’s large and nicely decorated. I started with the falafel appetizer. Crispy exterior, flavorful interior, and came with pickled vegetables and tahini. There was also complimentary bread and butter. For my entree, I went with kofte. I’m used to having it on a skewer. They were juicy with great flavor. I liked the other items as well- especially the bulgar. I ordered the kunefe dessert to go. It comes with walnuts but I have an allergy so asked for them to be left off. This was incredible!! I’ve never tried this dessert but it reminded me of a sweet dessert calzone I had before. There were some fruit flies that annoyed me during my meal and I had to wait a bit for the server to come back and give me a box and ask if I wanted dessert.
Another server welcomed her guests by asking if they’d been before and explaining the specials. She also described the meals when they arrived to the table for that party. I didn’t receive this information and it would have been nice. Still, the food was great and had large portions.

Restaurant serves alcoholic drinks and this is rare for Turkish restaurants to offer alcoholic drinks. I was really hungry, I asked one of the servers if 100% halal food (meat). He said yes. So, I ordered a doner plate and mixed vegetables. Food was very delicious but doner plate came little cold. Lentil soup is super tasty. I got also Kazandibi, Baklava, and Pide to go. I like to support halal restaurants and I spend a lot of money on them. However, I prefer no alcohol serving halal restaurants.

If I could, I would give this place 100/10!! The food was delicious. We ordered the Mix Grill and Doner which were both flavorful. The complimentary bread is so soft and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dining at Pasha was delightful experience!
From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, and our waiter, Özgür, was super attentive and knew the menu inside out, making great recommendations.
The food was amazing—each dish packed with flavor. The kebabs were tender, food were perfectly spiced, and the tres -leches was a delicious way to end the meal.
The vibe was cozy and stylish, with a nice mix of traditional and modern decor. It’s the perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special night out.
Overall, Pasha is a must-visit for anyone who loves or wants to try Turkish cuisine

I called to see if Pasha could provide a last-minute family style takeout meal for the following day. The manager was incredibly helpful in planning an order, including adding vegetarian dishes. We arrived a little early and the hostess kindly offered us Turkish coffee or tea and a seat in the dining room while we waited. The restaurant was gorgeous and so clean it literally sparkled. The food was ready right on time. The whole family loved it – everything was delicious and portion sizes were beyond generous. I appreciated this all the more since it was a last minute request during a holiday week. Wonderful service, amazing food, highly recommend!
