Inspired by his desire for the bride to be the center of attention with a beautiful and delectable centerpiece for her wedding, Jon creates his cakes according to each individuals very special and personal flavor selection. With more then six cake flavors, ten different fillings, and five frosting flavors there is an endless variety of tasty combinations. Whether simple or ornate, each cake promises to deliver mouth-watering flavors and texture. Jon’s special buttercream icing recipe provides the elegant look of fondant, while maintaining the great taste of buttercream.

I arrived at his house shortly after 5pm one day for the cake testing, expecting to stay for a half hour maybe and I stayed an extra 2 and a half hours talking to him about everything else. He was so easy to talk to, was super helpful and we have a lot in common. He made the best cake and cupcakes for my wedding day. They are so delicious and I will be buying more cakes from him in the future.
