Pizza arrived with toppings and cheese missing from a slice?!?! , I don’t know if the driver did it , or the pizza maker was bored, but I’m holding Dominos responsible for it now. I spoke to the manager and they were sending me a fresh uneaten pizza , well they sent the wrong pizza. Spoke to manager again said they would refund. Never refunded. My loss of money, their loss of my business….

I ordered a pizza to get delivered to my house. Driver ended dropping my pizza off, to the wrong address. I called the store, and reported that my pizza was not delivered, and they said they would make me a new pizza, BUT, I’d have to come pick it up. So, aside from the fact that I already paid for the pizza and for delivery, the best they could do is I can come pick it up. I order 5-6 times a week to this location. No more .

Okay so I didn’t want to leave this review based on what I saw but I had to once I found a plastic wrap in the stuffed bread , it was a plastic wrap , another thing was when I went inside the guys over there was making pizzas topping them up with no gloves on , putting meat and stuff without gloves then the guy proceeds to ring my order cleaning his hands in his apron . His hair is open and a person almost stoned over there , I would not recommend this place . No hygiene . I wonder what the store manager is doing . If you don’t like your night shifts don’t do it .

I would like to first off say this store was SUPER CLEAN ! That speaks volumes because most aren’t . Now o would also like to thank the 3 gentleman that worked tonight (1/9/23) not sure if their names but you guys made my food to PERFECTION! I stopped coming to dominoes for awhile due to lack of consistency when making my food but this crew tonight reminded me why I love dominoes! I order a medium handmade pan pizza ( Alfredo sauce with chicken bacon and mushrooms) it has the perfect crisp on the edges of the pizza , even toppings and just over a 10/10 taste ! I also order the spinach feta cheesy bread , this was cooked to perfection as well the cheese wasn’t clumped up and blocky in the middle . It has that perfect melted cheese pull I love . Thank you guys again , who ever you guys are you’ve made my night

Ive ordered form this place over the years but as of lately, it is beyond horrible.
Undercooked wings, no heater bags used, salads on top of the pizza so you have nice warm mushy lettuce. It literally is like they tried to get everything wrong in every order. I even had to tell them they were missing items a couple of times last order, even though it was on the receipt. I can not state how terrible this location is now. Would do 0 stars if it was a option.
Called into to ask for a comp or refund and was told, “sir if your going to call and complain then im just going to end the call.”

I’m new to this area and ordered two medium pizzas from this location for the first time. I was so hungry because I didn’t eat anything all day running errands with my daughter. I ate four slices of pizza and have had diarrhea ever since. I will never patronize this establishment ever again.

I normally order from this place but I don’t know who tried to hire a classless manager like Alyssa. She canceled my order, so naturally I went and called the location to try to get my order redelivered to me. She was condescending and absolutely acted like an animal from the jump, if you do not like your job then just quit boo boo. She then hung up on me, I waited and called back and she had a driver – Freddy – pick up the phone for her and put me on the speaker phone. So when I told him what happened earlier she took the phone from him and started yelling at me again. I hung up on her this time, then tried to call back a third time and she started talking again, “Did you miss me! Did you miss me! Did you miss me!”, I told her she was mentally ill and tried to call again to get in touch of someone else but she kept hanging up on me. She then proceeded to drive to my address and knock on my door for ten minutes trying to fight me – mind you it is illegal to do so since she is the “manager” there, also you are not to use people’s information unless it pertains to the business. The police had to get involved because of it. She should absolutely be fired immediately, or at least the company should be sued. They shouldn’t have a public squalor representing them like she does.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Domino’s located at 672 Old Mill Rd #C, Millersville, MD 21108. Alyssa, who was working tonight, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the status of my order, she refused to answer and told me to ask someone else instead. Her attitude was disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a paying customer. I will not be returning to this location again.

3 visits in a row, my carside delivery order was just marked complete. Nobody brings the food. I don’t understand the point of carside delivery that you won’t do.
The entire reason I drive past pizza hut and Papa John’s is too get the carside delivery and avoid bringing babies in the store not because it’s a better quality, as the pizzas tend to be over cooked recently.
