Wayne’s BBQ was fabulous and a great value! We had the beef brisket and the 1/2 rack of ribs. Both were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The baked beans, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad were absolutely delicious and tasted homemade. The interior design is adorable and creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Truly top-notch BBQ at a great price. We can’t wait to go back!

True 5 Star review. So glad I got to eat here, and I’ll 100% be back! I got the brisket platter with Mac and cheese and green beans. It was excellent! Tender, juicy, cooked just right, and good portion. The Mac and cheese was very unique and good. The green beans were very good. Co worker got the turkey, which was the best I’ve ever had in my life. I will be torn to get the brisket or turkey next time I come. Fitz Root beer also available. Great service, clean dining and bathroom. They close at 1500 (3pm).

Best BBQ we’ve had in a long time! Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had, very tender and so full of flavor. The ribs were also phenomenal with a really yummy glaze. Delicious sauces to but honestly you didn’t even need any sauce. Probably the cleanest restaurant we’ve ever been to, and very modern and cute vibes. Very friendly and helpful staff! Will recommend to anyone and will definitely be back.

Recommend you park half a block away as parking out front is dangerous with very bad local drivers nearly hitting my car several times. The meat is the most tender in all the city, fantastic mashed potatoes, and the more amazing modern dining atmosphere that is comparable to New York and Los Angeles. This is extremely rare to find in Northeast Missouri.

I happened upon this spot the other day, just as it happened I was traveling through Hannibal. Unfortunately I was there at 2:30p in the afternoon so they were sold out of everything except turkey. So of course I had to get that and by how great that was I can imagine everything else is great as well. When I get back into that area I will be stopping by again, but at a better time…lol!

Very friendly and welcoming staff as soon as you walk in and so grateful for your business. I got the brisket platter with coleslaw and Mac n cheese and it was all excellent. Coleslaw was not your ordinary KFC style, but more of a healthier and cleaner style of coleslaw which I loved. The Mac n cheese was a white cheddar I believe and very creamy. The brisket was on point. 10/10. Very flavorful inside and out, juicy and tender, and the fat was the best part and had a blast of flavor from the smoke. My fiancée and four year old son are very picky eaters so for them to eat brisket is a feat in itself but proves how good this brisket was. highly recommend this place and I’m glad we stumbled upon it. We will be back.

This place was simply amazing! The atmosphere was incredible, the service was quick and efficient, and the food was outstanding! The only drawback is the price, fully expect to pay between $20-30 per person. However, a disappointing meal at a fast food joint costs $10-15! I will gladly pay $10 more to this place for their excellent fare.

Ribs dryer than my backyard in the desert. Price is insane for what you get. $56 for my plate barely fed 2. Brisket was decent. EVERYTHING lacks flavor. Ribs really sucked. We have lived all over Texas and know BBQ. Overpriced yuppy bbq. No competition so it’s busy in this small remote town.

Food was so delicious I got a half pulled pork nachos so good and I was stuffed shoulda got a full so I could have some left overs it was that good. I live four hours away but definitely the best BBQ ive had and my service was amazing and loved how the they treated their customers. Annnnnd the place is so cute!
