All of a sudden, it was my craving for pizza made me touch base with this restaurant.I ordered for a Cauliflower Spinach Pizza with a Cheesy garlic bread as a side.Both of them were so tasty and yum.The crust of the pizza was so thin and one whole will be easily sufficient for an individual.
The cheesy garlic bread, it has been a while since I had this and the bread was so soft and cheesy, served with a marinara sauce which was absolutely fresh and delicious.

Pizza was fine however barely cut. We ordered breadsticks and 2 of them were completely burnt to a crisp. Not sure why anyone would think it’s okay to put those in an order. Usually I love Donatos however I was not very pleased with what I got from this location.

I stopped in to the Kenwood Road location on August 6 for my first The Works pizza in a while. My order (10″ Works, cauliflower crust, no mushrooms, light everything else and a fountain drink) that used to be just over $15 rang up at nearly $20. I asked what the price of the pizza was and was told that it was $13.xx. The clerk explained he had to charge me extra for holding the mushroom. I asked again to be sure: “I’m saving you money by not getting an ingredient and you are charging me extra for it?”
Him: “Yes, that’s a modification and results in an upcharge.”
Me: [shaking my head in disbelief.] “That’s insane. I won’t pay it.”
Him: “And the light pepperoni, light sausage, light green peppers, and light onions are all modifications that result in upcharges.”
You are not a crowded restaurant serving a staggering volume of meals or offerIng a 10 page, complicated menu that can justify charging extra for modifications.
I left. Goodbye Donatos.

I recently heard that donatos has cauliflower base pizza so, I decided to try that. I was completely satisfied with delicious taste of this pizza. It tasted very similar to regular pizza. This pizza was very filling too.

We ordered two sandwiches, mine was the mushroom hoagie and his was the Big Don with marinara, which he picked up at the Blue Ash location.
My sandwich had mild banana peppers which my husband specifically asked to leave off and had four small pieces of mushroom. The site said it came with mushroom sauce which I could not even locate on the hoagie. My was said his sandwich was good but not awesome. What a disappointment.

I love dontaos but something has to be done with the people that make the food. I ordered one order of boneless wings two orders of traditional wings, I got all boneless wings that I wouldn’t even feed to my dog the way they looked. I got a salad with brown lettuce in it. I called to have my stuff remade and fixed which they did after I got hung up on three times. I don’t know if they changed their bread sticks but they look weird. Maybe they changed them or they aren’t cooking them long enough,all I know is they aren’t the same as they used to be . My delivery driver did a great job .
