Yea it was a long wait, but. The young lady was very straight forward that it would be be a while for my pizza as she was the only one working. I only knew this because I had asked. She was handling waves of customers very well and politely. Although, some were not so nice, she held the place down. Not.going to post her name until next time if I see her again,
To the GM, you are lucky to have her. Next time I see her struggling like this im going to recruit her.

They are extremely slow. About a year ago, I ordered two pizzas online and waited more than two hours for them to be delivered to my home. I called to inquire and they said it was a system problem. Today, I tried to order online again and pick up a small pizza. The app said 17 minutes, but I waited for half an hour and still nothing happened. I went into the store to inquire and they said it was missed and asked me to wait another ten minutes.

I ordered for a delivery 10 minutes to 9. Was told driver was on lunch and the wait would be 40 minutes. It is now 10:15 pm. After calling in it was confirmed the driver gave our pizzas to someone else. We live less than a miles away. I paid for delivery and a tip. I will never order from here again and I will be calling the manager tomorrow! As im writing this the pizza is still not here. This is beyond ridiculas

I noticed when I use coupons to buy pizza there, the pizza comes out different in a worse way than if I didn’t use a coupon.
I jumped on their flash offer to $5.99 (Large99) to get a 1 topping large pizza then used a $3 coupon you get for a previous carry out to bring it down to $3.99 with tax. I got the thinnest pizza ever, as if they used the dough of a small and stretched it to a Large.

Ordered pick up online. Arrived early and tracked progress of pizza on my phone. The online app said my order was ready and told me to push the button as soon as I was ready to walk in. Pushed the app button there was a delay in the screen announcement that I was in the store. One of the worked ask for the name on the order so obviously they’re not looking at screen welcome screen. The worker told me it would be right out just a few more minutes. As I stood there waiting, I noticed all 6 workers constantly looking up at the screen like every 30 seconds. The phone ringing off the hook, and no one picking it up. A few minutes turned into another 12 minutes because there was a mistake made and one of my items was not made. They didn’t seem very genuinely appolegtic. I don’t know how their system is run but to have 6 workers constantly looking up at the screens for the order, which seemed to be all online orders was not very efficient. The pizza didn’t taste the greatest. The sauce tasted very bitter. I don’t know if it was a bad batch or that’s how Domino’s pizza taste. I have not been to a Domino’s in years and probably won’t be back for several more.

It took two hours to deliver my order on a Monday evening. I ordered with the app which has an order tracker.
My pizzas were lukewarm when I got them.
Disappointed.

Ordered delivery from here and after waiting an hour and a half I drove over to pick them up since they weren’t answering the phone only to be handed cold pizzas. When I requested a refund I was told the manager wasn’t in yet and would call me. Never called so when I called in the GM Joseph argued with me, would not issue a refund and refused to give me the # to customer service. When told he was refusing to give me the # his response was that they aren’t supposed to be on the phone and to Google it.

After placing our order online, we arrived at the pickup location only to be informed that there would be a brief wait. Periodically, they assured us that our food was nearly ready. However, after 45 minutes, they realized that our order had been mistakenly given to another customer, prompting them to remake it. It took over an hour before we finally received our food. The employee kindly waived the charges. Nevertheless, it is evident that this store would benefit from additional training. We would not visit this location again.
