Ordered the party platter and rancheros taquitos
Got the order. Headed to our place outside of town about (10minutes drive) Opened up the order and there was no rice and beans on the side. Called them and they switched who I was talking to twice before they finally told me that” they don’t come with the rice and beans on the side”. The lady even tried to gaslight me into saying that she didn’t know that’s what I meant on the phone Then you need to specify on your menu that it doesn’t. My husband had to drive back into town to get the correct order again and they made him bring back the messed up order like we were liars. I would have been happy to order rice and beans on the side (paid extra)and kept the burritos we had. Silly business practice.
While he left to get the replacement I served our kids the appetizers. We ordered The party platters and Taquitos. The Taquitos were stale. When I picked them up they literally had stuffing of one scoop in the middle and the rest was just deep fried tortilla shells (over cooked) . They skimp on the ingredients. The Nachos were about 10 chips with a pile of guac ,tomatoes, lettuce and one spoonful of refried beans. The quesadilla on the party platter was again all veggies hardly and meat. Almost all of the appetizers went in the trash.
When my husband got back with our burritos they were also skimped on the cheese in the Rellano and only about 1/2 of the burritos had any stuffing of ground beef in them but they were piled high with lettuce and sour cream to cover the fact they were missing 1/2 the filling. For $58 this was just an awful experience. I would not recommend to eat here. Definitely not worth the money at all.

I attached the picture of the menu we used that was posted 3 days agol from the menu inside your restaurant.. You’re right we did get the updated order but the restaurant literally didn’t fill half a burrito. You skimp on ingredients to save a buck. If I would of been dining in your restaurant and served what we were given, I would of asked for a manager and after seeing what we got you would of offered a discount if not remade there correctly. The fact that you are not even apologizing or offering a partial refund for the low quality food tells me enough about your business practices.
I’ll happily dine at other establishments in Buhl as they have way better customer service and when I eat their food It actually feeds our family instead of leaving us hungry..unlike yours That menu says burritos come with rice and beans right above the burrito I ordered, your waitress confirmed it came with beans and rice on the side. Then lied about the conversation on the phone. Instead of accepting a mistake and moving on you’re arguing with a customer. 2. You skimp on the quality and actual ingredients. The replacement burritos were almost flat with how empty they were. You absolutely should refund as the appetizers were terrible. But you won’t acknowledge that. No we didn’t get the CORRECT order we barely received and edible one. Plus looking at your reviews from other sites, I’m not the only one with complaints about the piles of veggies that hide the actual lacking ingredients and missing proteins you purposely leave out. Instead of gaslighting me about reading a menu wrong . (Which I didn’t) Maybe look at it yourself and then read the entire review again instead of focusing on what you corrected . You missed the mark everywhere else also. That’s why it should be refunded.
Noe, had lunch there today, and it a complete 180° difference. The service was good, food was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Our server was super sweet.
Today, I was locked out of my truck at the car wash and met the owner of El Vaquero, Nacho. Not only did he let me use his phone multiple times to call a locksmith, he also gave me $10 to pay them because I didn’t have enough cash. He did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, not expecting anything in return. He also waited to make sure I got into my truck before leaving. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO NACHO!! Your generosity was truly appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
