Simply Amazing!❤️The countryside gem was recommended to me by my bank manager, and even though I reside in Beaverton, I knew it was going to be a wonderful treasure hunt out in the country – which is where I love to be. We chose Valentine’s day to try it out so I made reservations, which they confirmed a few days before, and then we took some of our dearest friends to dine together. We loved the old town feel of the space, and loved the variety of the menu, and then had Cody answer all of our questions, as well as hear how he and Nick put this eatery together after years of experience in the food/dining industry. Each of us so enjoyed our entrees and even had one of our dishes comp’d because it was late/forgotten in the rush of the full holiday crowd. We’ll be back sure and gladly recommend this as one of our fav’s. Well done crew! Thanks for a memorable night of great food!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Blind Pig is the perfect spot for brunch on a Saturday. Before a tasting, after a tasting, not tasting at all, you’ll love your meal. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the meal. To share, we got the roasted brussel sprouts and bacon, laid on top of a spicy aioli. For mains, we got the tuna poke (average size and of good quality), renegade potatoes (the egg was over cooked so the dish was missing that much needed liquid/sauce), and turkey club (MASSIVE sandwich great for splitting. The fries are amazing. Hell, just get the fries). Overall, good meal. Solid food.

This spot is definitely worth the drive! I ordered the bulgogi rice bowl. The sirloin was tender and had a great sear. Cooked to perfection! The kimchi added that spice I was looking for. I left with my belly full.

We enjoyed the food so much that we came here twice on our trip. The biscuits are the best I have ever had, same with the biscuits and gravy! The burger was delicious and the staff were very nice. They had a pear tart that you definitely have to try, if available!

What an amazing little treasure. The atmosphere is rustic pub homestyle vibe with luxury in the beverage selection and a food menu that is eclectic as well as simple. Nick was an amazing server and made our night for our anniversary. Very laid back and inviting. The kitchen blew us away with the dishes we ordered. Amazing food and amazing cocktails. Wonderful experience. As a service industry pro as well, it can be hard to find a place that we can truly just enjoy and feel comfortable in. Thank you Nick and the whole team at The Blind Pig. You all made our Anniversary a memorable one and I will definitely be suggesting you guys to my guests coming through town looking for another place in the valley that is an experience that rivals most big names or trends. Go to The Blind Pig and allow them to share their “vibe” with yours!

Their kitchen is too small so they have a burner at the end of the bar with a big stock pot…very dangerous, very unprofessional and probably not meeting any health/safety standards. Dark and cold atmosphere. Burger was good, but not worth $22.00. The gas station next store has better food. Welcome to the heart of the wine country, Carlton Oregon

This is an awesome restaurant. I got the renegade burger and the balance of flavors was amazing. The aioli they use is buttery and garlicy and really balances out the sweetness of the onion. I highly enjoyed it. My fiancee ordered the bulgogi rice bowl and that thing was phenomenal, the meat was super tender with a great sear, the kimchi was perfectly spicy and the flavor was on point. I also love that their kids menu includes a fruit plate that comes with fries. My kids are extremely picky and they pretty much cleaned their plates for the first time in a restaurant. The interior decor is very pretty and has a rustic and homey vibe. Highly recommend this restaurant. Worth going out of your way for.

We are so happy to have found this amazing restaurant! As of yet, we have not been able to experience a dine in, Door Dash orders only. Though we are looking forward to that day in the future. The quality of the food is of the highest level not found in other establishments in the area! The special requests made prior to ordering on the Door Dash app have been given with understanding these options aren’t available to make on it. We want to thank Niki for ensuring these requests are met! I only wish we could take in this delicious food daily! Thank you and we look forward to every tasty culinary delight in the future!
