I came in with my soccer team, I came into the store and let the two working ahead of time that 18-25 will be coming in. I was then rudely spoken to by whoever the “manager” was who left her only team member to cook and make smoothies alone. She then refused to fix the order that they messed up and would not let me speak to the manager. She would not tell me her name or have her come to speak to me. As someone who works in food this store is a disgrace and the women in management, all black hoodie with an alternative look, larger women, black hair and bangs, needs to take a customer service class. If I could give negative stars I would.

Did an app order and got there before it was ready. I sat down on a stool and waited. After a while I noticed an order on their pick up shelves with two drinks. I asked if those were mine and they kept asking me if I was waiting for food I told them no I only had the two drinks. They apparently were going to just leave me sitting there without my drinks while my drinks were just sitting on a shelf, even though they knew I was there. Also, my island green smoothie tastes extremely watered down.

My wife and I both ordered smoothies at around 5 pm on February 16th. Mine was sitting on the pickup shelf when I walked in. I was immediately greeted and asked the name for the other pick-up, which I gave. I was told it was being made now. So far so good….. There were 3 young ladies working and a young man. The 3 females then went in back leaving the guy by himself. I’m not sure if he was new or what, but he just kept checking blenders and when someone walked in he’d take their order and go back to checking blenders. Never actually pouring anything into a cup. This went on for a solid 6-7 minutes. Then the ladies came back out and mostly talked for 4-5 minutes. After 13-14 minutes I finally got my wife’s smoothie which was just sitting in a blender this entire time. We order ahead for a reason. The smoothies were good, but come on now. Just pour it in a cup already so I can leave!

If you care that your order is correct, you’re probably going to be unhappy. I go here pretty often, few times a month at least. The food and smoothies are fine, but the order is wrong every time. Not most times, every time. Not the biggest deal to me, but it is to most people.

When I placed my order it ws 2 ahead of me not an issue looked back at the screen it was seven orders ,But I still haven’t received my smoothie to make matters even worse the attendant walk to the back of the restaurant & start doing something else .
