First time diner. The name “shack” suggests good eats for the value. Such a disappointment. Ordered the mini cheese beef and mini sausage and beef for approximately $8.5 each. They were 3 inches long! You can get a regular size beef for the same price at Buena without the extra charge for the peppers.

Ordered to go. I was visiting town for a few days over the weekend and drove by them earlier in the day. I went to go pick it up and only 1 person was inside for a Monday night around 8pm. I got my order and realized my hat wasn’t in the bag so they got me 1 off the wall. Told them i never had them before and he lit up and through there sauce in the bag for the fries so was fire similar to Freddy’s sauce. Never had a cheese beef in my 35 years but wow was i absolutely blown away by what they gave me. Fries were actual real fries. Beef was on garlic bread, hot pepers, dipped. This was potentially the best Italian beef I have ever eaten in my life. Beef Shack absolutely crushed it.

Home run hitter
The first time there, the beef was really good . I was able to get one side with cheese, other just hot peppers. I wanted to taste both. Frsh cut fries nice and crispy! Nice little place old school music playing cheeseburger was good but it’s a cheeseburger, not homemade, but still cooked well.. Definitely will go again

My sandwich was fantastic!! I ordered the Cheezy Beef on Garlic. The bread was fresh and warm. The beef was tender and moist. It as topped off with cheese and hot peppers. Fries are fresh cut. Just needed a dash of salt. Ian took my order and brought my food to me. He was friendly and service was fast. They have plenty if seating inside and fountain drinks available. Great job Beef Shack!!! Keep it up!

Where Portillos fails, Beef Shack prevails. Italian beef is better than any other fast food chain. Hot giardiniera that’s actually hot. Hardy Turano rolls that soak up the juice so well. Better french fries than Five Guys, and they don’t skimp on the servings. Milkshakes are okay, a little too thick. Fountain drinks are served in reusable aluminum cups, and they only charge a buck for a refill if you bring the cup back.

Place is generally nice. It has a comfortable layout and is very clean. Service was superb for a fast food joint, and the food was pretty tasty. Cheesy beef was delicious and the star of the meal. As for prices, they are ok as well for two beefs, a combo, a kids’ meal, and three oders of fries, which was around $40. I would recommend this place for a good bite! ENJOY
