It’s nice if you want to eat less, being its weighed out. The food is great if it wasn’t so sweet. Every choice of meat is sweet with the same sauce it seems. Nothing has a distinct flavor because of that. Sesame should taste like sesame, bourbon chicken like bourbon and so on. Employees are nice and service is great!

We came at 10AM and even though it’s early the people serving the food were on their phones, touching their faces and then using those same hands with no gloves to stir the food.
The beef in the broccoli was black like it was from yesterday. They were warming the food in the steam table which is against health regulations.
The food was cold, and hard. When I asked the manager to please put mine in the microwave his only option was for me to wait 30 min then he could reserve me. I will never return and will report them leaving alone the gloves and hair nets but they are warming chicken this way. That can create bacteria and seriously get someone sick. The .manager was extremely rude also.

This food was some of the worst stir fry I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat it. Somehow our boxes weighed 20+ ounces with barely any food in it. Cost $33 for 2 plates and it was dreadful. Will not be returning.

I went to Stir Fry Express with some of my people served. The gentleman working there was so kind and so considerate, he paid for our meals. Not only was the food fantastic, but I had been having a bad morning that day and his dose of kindness made my day that much better. I will definitely be returning and I hope he sees this. I honestly believe their scale is not accurate. I literally put less than 3 ounces in my box and the scale read 11.6 OZ. I don’t think that’s right. A rice bowl at panda or Hyvee is cheaper. When was their scale last checked?

I ordered a meal through door dash and they put the wrong ticket on my order and sent it out the door so I did t receive anything I ordered, as well as someone else didn’t get what they ordered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was far too expensive for the low quality, and what really ruined the experience was finding three short black hairs in my meal. While one hair might have been something I could overlook, three in a single dish is unacceptable and disgusting. I informed the manager, who was very apologetic and refunded my family’s entire meal, which I appreciated. The place seems very unclean and we won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars for the food I would. 3 stars for service because they remedied the issue without hesitation.

I think their scale is rigged! It doesn’t start off at 0. Very over priced Chinese food. You get more food at a cheaper price at panda express. I won’t be coming here again. This place is a total rip off! I barely put any food in and I was charged $9. Their scale is rigged.
