Placed my order on the pizza hut app around 330pm for a scheduled delivery of 630pm, because I have company coming over to watch a football game tonight and I wanted it hot and fresh for the game. Pizza shows up at 530pm, Im confused, so I ask why its so early. Order got sent from pizza hut to door dash for delivery. Not the dashers fault.

I call the store to find out why it was delivered so early. Guy that answers says its because doordash sent it and that was the 4th dasher assigned to my order and she had to wait. I asked why my order was even sent to doordash so early when I ordered from the pizza hut app for a scheduled time. He tells me to hang on, then I hear him call for what I assume is the manager, and I can hear him MOCK me while explaining why Im calling. I just hung up at that point. Completely rude and unprofessional.

At least they put the tavern seasoning on my 2 tavern style pizzas. I had to put a reminder in the special instructions because the last several times I ordered, they forgot the seasonings.

I have noticed the service quality of this store going down hill over the past year. I can ignore the forgotten seasonings on 5 consecutive orders, because at the end of the day, thats an extremely minor detail that doesnt disrupt the overall quality of the food – just dissappointment because the seasoning levels up the pizza. But in this case, I called for clarification so that I can ensure the proper delivery time the next time I order a scheduled delivery just to be mocked by an employee. Im am done. Ive been loyal to this store since I moved to Point Place 3 years ago, defening them in the point place Facebook groups because I have always gotten 5 start service, and the only time I complained was when my order was over an hour late while I was at work and could get called away at any given time and miss delivery (emergency medical transport). The manager went above and beyond to make sure I not only got my order ASAP, but sent extra food as well. And after that, until about a year ago, there hasn’t been any issues. In the past year my food has arrived cold, with missing ingredients, or the wrong drinks. I didnt complain because people get distracted, people misread things, accidents and mistakes happen. All I did tonight was call for clarification on why my order was delivered an hour early so that I could make sure it didnt happen again in the future. I was polite, I was calm, just confused and seeking clarification. There was absolutely no need to mock me and make it sound like I was angry and irrational. I was simply confused.

So, good job to whoever answered the phone and decided to act that way. Now I will be a “karen”, because how you treated me was extremely rude. I’ll find a new place to order my pizza from now on. Even if I have to find a different location and pick it up myself because I am out of delivery range.

I order pizza 2 hrs ago and still haven’t got it . Even that the tracker said the diliver is on its way a hr ago. And I called more then 15 times and they hung up or didnt answer. Said it will be here at 1150 and it’s 1235 and no pizza when I ordered it at 1030

I ordered EXTRA sauce, due to the sauce cooking with the cheese. I called to tell them there wasn’t extra sauce, it’s just dough under the cheese, she argued with me and hung up on me!!

If you like a grease pizza this is the place for you… the pizza was so greasy the grease was coming through the bottom of the box.. ordered a large & could not even eat one slice.. I end up feeding it to the trash can…

Extremely RUDE employee/manager/owner or whoever it was that we had contact with. My husband went in to get our order and the person told him to not come back, called him rude. The only thing my husband said was that I had put in for my order to be done at 4:15 and not right away and I was called a liar. There was zero reason to be spoken to or treated the way my husband was. We threw the entire order away because I feared that something had been done to our food.

Ii saw pizza hut commercial on TV for Large any topping pizza fir $12. So I ordered a large thin crust pizza with ground beef and bacon. Got home, no bacon and too tired from work to drive back there. Pizza was dry, didn’t like it any more than a frozen pizza. I will not go there again.

This place is getting crappy again, forgot my pies and had to wait for them while my pizza was already done. Get home and the pies have no cinnamon sugar in them, and 1 of the pizzas was round, but I ordered tavern style. Make it make sense. Time to take my money elsewhere

Food was cold. The pizza had very little pizza sauce on it. The bread sticks were cold with no seasoning on them.

Very unhappy with my experience. Will not order from them again!
If I could give Pizza Hut less than one star I would.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:16PM. The order was expected to arrive between 60 – 90 minutes. After 3 hours, we called to be notified that the pizza was on its way finally. At 11PM, we called again to be informed that the order was never made. Our only option was to have it replaced or refunded. We were not given anything as bonuses for the late order that wasn’t even made. The manager was no help at all. Learn to do your job. We will not be ordering from this location again.
