I got the Triple with white and yellow cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayonnaise and ketchup. The buns were mashed down, nothing like the picture on the menu. The patties were dry and not freshly cooked and it appears it was put in a microwave. The fries were hot but no salt or seasoning and bland!! If the burgers were freshly cooked and the buns were fresh not soggy and flat from the microwave it would have been better!!

They had an amazing display of ice cream cakes. Several different cakes with different decorations. They looked gorgeous and yummy. But, not the most welcoming of out of towners. We were given the weirdest looks I have ever received by young ladies and the register. We were in town for a soccer tournament. My husband had a WV hat on, son in full soccer uniform, our casual hoodies and jeans (no camo). I guess it gave it away that we were from out of state, lol. The food was good.

Stopped by this place on my way to North Carolina for my wedding. The customer service was okay, had better. Cashiers were more into their conversation for several minutes before assisting me. I ordered their pretzel sticks and rotisserie chicken bites basket. They forgot to give me my dipping for my pretzel sticks. One of my slices of bread tasted semi-stale. Not all the chicken bites was edible as their was rubbery parts in it. Fries were actually the second best thing except for the pretzel sticks. Not too salty or greasy, just right. If you’re in a pinch and with family that’s hungry I’d say go for it. If you can wait a bit longer when traveling then skip this please instead.

The food is not worth the price. We spent almost 40$ for two kids meal size 4 peice chicken tenders basket and 2 medium blizzards. The blizzards were not even soild when we got them. They were the consistency of a milkshake.

I came in today to get a large vanilla ice cream cone dipped, and chocolate. I get one occasionally once in a while they’re really good. The one I got, however, was Way smaller than large normally and was more or less small meets medium also the chocolate that they dipped it in is barely any chocolate. It’s like a super thin layer normally it’s a thicker layer than that. I’m not sure what’s going on but kind of disappointed at this location, I know it’s just ice cream, but that’s the reason I came to you for the ice cream and only the ice cream

This was my first DQ in Virginia and it was a great experience. Good food,customer service and awesome ice cream. I got a $4 Cotton Candy Blizzard and it was really good. Not a bad location either

This location is part of an Exxon gas station. You can walk between inside. So it’s not very big but most people are not staying so it works. The service was friendly and quick. The place was clean despite the traffic. The wet walnuts were a generous portion on my chocolate sundae. What a welcome break in our long drive!

Very friendly, but professional driver thru cashier. The ice-cream was creamy and delicious. I had it dipped in chocolate. Great way to start an easy breezy Sat. Oh did I mention they had larger than life Cake Cones.
