I wanted to jump on here and you leave a five star review. I’ve been using this location for a long time and although it’s not always perfect. I have to realize that you don’t always know what kind of day somebody else is having so if service isn’t exactly the way that you Expect It. In my opinion, that doesn’t warrant a bad review or even a review lesson four stars. There is a reason why I have continued to use this location and it’s because they make great shakes and I feel like their consistency on good shakes is about as good as you could expect. Long story short, I had left a bad review in the past when I have since realized it was made out of frustration and not out of logic so I’d like to apologize to split the key for that.

I was anticipating the toast and smoothie special because of all the ads. I ordered my smoothie and peanut butter toast only to be given the avocado. I told the server that’s not what I ordered. She just stared at me as if I was lying. She then told me well this is already paid for. It was obvious the customer service skills were lacking on how to rectify the situation as she continued to stare at me. Sadly I had already tipped and this exemplified one reason stores shouldn’t request tips before they’ve actually completed their job.

This location near HEB in Hutto right off the toll road always closes early. Everytime my son n law goes to pick up their grocery order from HEB he yells my grandson they can go get a smoothie. The past 10 times he has gone the lights were off and the doors were locked and it was anywhere from 20 to 30 mins before closing time. Don’t advertise your hours if your employees aren’t going to abide by them. If a business is slow an hour before its posted time for closing then change your hours of operation rather then allowing the employees to lock up and leave 30 mons early all the time. Great way to lose business.

They gave me the wrong size (upsized) also, when I was asking about sf flavors they tried to give me a an obvious answer followed with silence like I was asking a dumb question and answered properly when she realized it made sense and she just misunderstood. Their smiles dropped as soon as I didn’t tip because my order was 30 for 3 items which I understand now that I realized they uncharged me. AND it was nasty wish I would have went to tropical smoothie.
