Even though I came in a little too late to be served, the young guy working at Subway was super nice and respectful about it. He handled it really well and still gave great customer service. Definitely appreciated the good attitude. Definitely will be back.

Ordered a sub online, I don’t normally come to subway but it was a fantastic sub! It was crafted in such a way that the bread didn’t get soggy from me getting every topping besides spinach and cucumber, despite leaving it in the fridge for an extra hour after getting home while I did a few things.

A fairly large group of us dropped in without warning. They handled us without issue and with plenty of smiles. I was really impressed how well they handled the situation. Food and atmosphere were typical Subway, but the service was outstanding.

Placed an online order. Went to the restaurant to pick it up. To-go shelf was empty and they had lots of customers in line, so I waited. And waited. And waited. About 45 minutes later I approached the counter to ask about my order, which had apparently been ready behind the counter out of sight. I am not telepathic or possessing X-ray vision, so I guess it’s my fault for assuming an online order would be placed in the designated area for picking up online orders. Will be visiting the Poulsbo location from now on.

Worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. They were out of meatballs by 5:00, and refused to make more. They refused to give me contact info for the manager, since there was no manager onsite. The teenage kid working behind the counter was extremely rude and not helpful. UNREAL. Bugs were also flying everywhere and it was extremely unsanitary. Take some pride in your business……do not eat here.

We ordered online and when we came to pick up the order, the girl showed attitude and said they don’t have ingredients so have to cancel the order. She could have cancelled it earlier before we came.
We tried to make another but still she was just rude and did not prepare anything.
Anyone keeping the subway as a last option, please don’t.

My girlfriend and I stopped at Subway while visiting Bainbridge island. Fidel is an amazing worker! Super respectful, kind, and attentive to our orders. We had a wonderful experience overall! Good food, service, and atmosphere
