Went in at 8:30 about half an hour before closing and the employee was already halfway done putting everything away. Walked up to the counter behind another couple and she was consistently being rude. Kept saying things like “can you move up” “move over” “move to the front” just demanding we move. I get you close in half an hour but it’s a 2 minute sandwich. I asked for extra mayo and she covered the edge with sauce and wrapped it as a mess. I asked for extra mayo packets since only the outside of the sandwich actually got sauce on it and she said “sorry don’t have that either.” I asked for a meatball sub “sorry can’t serve that”. That’s fine. She asked what cheese I said Swiss “nope can’t do that”. At that point just let me know what is available and I’ll take it but snapping at me is ridiculous. If it were a restaurant and we sat down, ordered, and ate I’d understand being upset. Everything we did she either snapped at or had an issue with. Even swiping my loyalty card she told me to stop despite the card reader telling me to swipe the card?? I’ll just go to the subway down the road next time. Employees name was Ally. Definitely no reason to talk to us or the other people there the way she did. We left around 8:40, well before close. Sandwich was a mess which honestly wasn’t even the biggest issue other than the terrible behavior from Ally. Not sure if she just had a bad day but no excuse to treat people that way.

Brooke at this Walmart Subway is a gem! She is the reason we always choose this Subway. She is usually by herself and always busy when we stop, but she is very welcoming and friendly. She has excellent customer service skills. Even when she is elbow deep in orders, she is always glancing up, greeting incoming customers. She is a rarity when at most businesses the employees make you feel like you are irritating them by just coming in. Subway, I would hang onto her with both hands and give that girl a raise. She is a stellar human and very genuine. She is the reason we will keep going back. And she makes fantastic sandwiches!

“Convenient, but badly in need of better service and consistency”
This Subway is located inside Walmart, and unfortunately, it feels like an afterthought compared to the stand-alone locations around town. The convenience is great — you can grab a quick sandwich while shopping — but that’s about where the positives end.
The service is usually slow, and the staff often seem distracted or unmotivated. I’ve had multiple visits where no one was at the counter, or where the sandwich prep felt rushed and careless. Ingredients are hit-or-miss on freshness, and the presentation leaves a lot to be desired — uneven portions, messy wraps, and lukewarm bread that should’ve been toasted.
The area around the counter isn’t always the cleanest either. Napkins and wrappers pile up, and tables nearby don’t get wiped down as frequently as they should. It gives the impression of being understaffed or poorly managed.
It’s a convenient stop if you’re already in Walmart and just need something quick, but if you’re looking for quality or service that reflects the Subway brand, you’re better off heading to the Bridge Street or Appleside locations.

Witnessed a Hair in my coworkers sub sandwich. Manager refused to remake sub. And remade sandwich instead. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever noticed will not EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HEAVY SET BRUNETTE WEARS THE JERSEY UNIFORM.

I normally love going to the Walmart subway but tonight I did not. The person working there was named Eli, he did not do his job what so ever. He started of by taking his sweet time doing everything, we were the only ones in there at first and it took us an hour to get checked out. He burnt my sandwich, did not evenly make the sandwich ie: he put a whole handful of olives on one half. He also counted the till in front of customers, and he wiped his nose without washing his hands causing others to leave.

Our sandwiches were ready as promised, with the ingredients asked for, kinda. Asked for regular mustard and mayo, opened the sandwich and there was 4x’s the amount needed and 3/4’s of it was on the outside of the sandwich. The bread felt like it was 3 day old bread, hard on the ends. I asked for the philly, I think it was toasted, the meat and cheese were melted together, then the onions and green peppers were added cold. I believe they were suppose to be toasted with the sandwich. Raw peppers and onions are not a philly sandwich, cooked ones! Very disappointed for a $55 order

I love Subway! It’s my first pick of places to eat. I ordered 2 subs at the clarkston walmart Subway. The servers were fine but not to friendly. I’ve never had my bread so brown and dry before. Definitely overcooked. The server squashed my bread so flat and the meat was a weird texture. Like pre frozen ,mushy, fall apart meat. I got a bag of chips also and they tasted like they hadn’t been changed out in a while. This experience doesn’t deter me from going to subway, just not this one. I’m only sharing this experience because I know Subway is meticulous in their system. Thank you!

Went in this morning and ordered the new brisket sandwich. The girl behind the counter. She pushed for Italian bread, nearly refused the pepper jack cheese and flat out refused to put anything on it veggies wise. Told me THIS IS HOW IT IS. I can’t have Italian bread so I ended up giving it away. I told her I wanted wheat bread and she did it her way. Never going back

Server/sandwich maker not at all friendly. Very curt when I asked if I could get mayonnaise on my mini sandwich. Along with the sauce it came with Not at all apologetic just said very curtly that she couldn’t add anything extra. Despite the signs that said extras would be charged for. Staff at the subway inside Walmart in Clarkston wa should have training regarding “costumer service”
