Plenty of parking spaces. Clean store that serves both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins under one roof. The place was clean, the service was pleasant and positive and the coffee was hot and ready in less than a minute. Highly recommend and I’ll stop by again.

Sir, I totally disagree with you, Ximoara always does her job well. And I’m not the only one who thinks that way , many of my friends after high school we always go for a coffee and she always does a great job , she always does everything possible so that all our orders are good and she always gives her best. She has never given me an order wrong, she always try to do everything good and always tries to make sure everything fine with our order.

The hospitality at this location was extremely poor. Xiomara had a rude and dismissive attitude, showed no interest in helping customers, and refused to provide her name when asked. This is not welcoming behavior and creates a negative experience for guests. Based on my visit and my family’s past experience with her, it seems this employee consistently treats customers this way, which makes the store feel uninviting.

I had a job event where I had to deliver multiple dozens one day 30 dozen and another 6 dozen and I am so happy with them. There was a little bit of communication that could of improved and also when I went for the 6 dozen I was encouraged more than once to get the less bought donuts and heard from more than 2 employees if I was taking them all in a lower voice and annoyed voice (they probably thought I didn’t hear) .. they are why I didn’t give them 5 stars. But Kimberly was awesome! I appreciate her and Leo was good too.

The worst place ever. There is only one girl who does her job shes a younger girl slender built. Every other person and the guys are absolutely horrible. No lids for ice-creams stale donuts no receipts. Sometimes hostile towards customers. They have no skills no customer service seems like they are toddlers with no common sense. Can’t give back change. Don’t even know the menu. Have mo answers to simple questions. It’s just sad.

Atmosphere- Unclean, uninviting, stuffy.
Typical business here in Nogales, that’s why people including myself refuse to patronize after our first visit. Green Valley location 30 minutes away is worth the drive.
