I ordered online and paid for 3 sandwiches with guacamole. When I arrived to the store at 8:30p I noticed all the lights off, even though they closed at 9pm. On my way to the drive thru, I seen someone at the counter move. When I got to the window, I was informed that their cooler had gone out earlier in the day and they had to throw away $1500 in veggies. When I got home I realized I had none of the veggies on my sandwiches, nor the guacamole that I paid an additional $3 per. Or the cheese sauce for my philly. I tried contacting corporate and get their online chat, which states that I will recieve a email from the team. 24hrs later the email arrives and states that they will have a discussion with the team. They offered no way to get a refund.

Normally when they don’t have an item, they call you immediately to make you aware and confirm in moving forward with other options. (Ex: Out of a bread and offer other breads). This site did not call me to make me aware. I would have gone somewhere else, maybe even another subway in the area. They offered no coupons, cookies, or anything for the mistake.

I didn’t mess up your coolers, nor should I have to pay as a end result.

I heard that they are under new management for the start of 2026.I am very disappointed with the service provided at this location. I also will not be using the APP when ordering. I will visit the location and order my sandwich, watch it be made, and pay at the end.

This site should be ashamed of themselves. I want a refund!!!

Clean inside and out. Service is lacking at this location, and the sandwiches are mediocre at best. Online orders take about 15 minutes longer than the time on the app, keep that in mind when ordering.

The Roscommon Subway is the only Subway that we consistently get good sandwiches from. They’re made with care, not sloppily thrown together and the staff if always friendly and helpful!!

Normally subway doesn’t impress me much. This location kept that feeling alive.

Parking is slightly difficult. But once you pass that obstacle. The inside is for the most part needing some dining room tidying up. Little papers and plastic everywhere from people. But the atmosphere is bright.

Counter is inviting. Drink station needs a tad more attention.

This may be a busy location. OR they are inefficient. Drive through girl just stands there the entire time while six people are in line.

They wear headsets. So when the girl at the counter asked how many subs she can make for us. I went to answer and was abruptly interrupted from the second lady that it will be a moment. Excuse me ! ! ! Without letting me know your talking to a drive through person. How would I know ! Yah. She ( amber ) can ( explicit words ) herself.

So. I waited. And waited and waited. Once we actually eat. I’ll swing back and review the subs really quick.

Subs were done how we wanted them. But nothing was ” hot ” Luke warm roast beef and chicken was kinda odd when asked for toasted. Sauces like garlic aioli had no flavor. Eatable. But won’t return when boating at Higgins. The rudeness was enough to keep me away.

This place was great would love to give a shout out to Amber and Cami for being so on top of it. We had 12 sub we need and were out in under 20 mins. Great people so nice and fast.

Ordered 2 #18’s with add mayo and the woman taking our order thought we wanted the mayo toasted so sounded like she was on drugs cause made no sense, then we get our order and I get home and see that it was only mayo obviously a mistake. Me and my bf drive all the way back to politely have it fixed and a rude man answers telling us how we were wrong and how he couldnt help us and I’m shocked we just paid 23 dollars for bread and mayo with a little meat and this man refused to just fix them. We went back and forth a bit trying to reason with the man kindly and see if he’d just fix it and he would not, finally he agreed he’d give us the rest on the side. Literally just a little tomato and iceberg lettuce not even everything that should of went on it. We told him respectfully that he gave us the worst customer experience we ever experienced and he just slammed the window in our face. so now we got this mess and are expected to dress our own sandwiches! what a ridiculous way to treat a customer that just wanted what they paid for. Going to Jersey Mike’s for now on in west branch because they know how to serve and treat their customers.

The lady (Megan) was extremely rude to us who made our food and the cutter they used for our pizzas was extremely gross and uncleaned. She has an attitude like no other that needs to be addressed.
