Weird or off visit today. Just so you know the Serve Safe score is 95. So you can’t go to wrong here. They got rid of the varied Coca-Cola fountain dispenser and put in one with standard variety.
I ordered the Basic Big Zak snack with Nashville Hot rub: 3 tenders, texas toast and fries. If my children & hubby didn’t like it so much I wouldn’t go.
There is no standard size for a tender serving anymore. 1/3 that I got was barely 3 inches long. And the length was not made up in thickness. They have been varying like this for our last 4 visits.
Then, who doesn’t come for the fries? Some days they look like they were dorito chips in a former life and most people are ok with a handfull of those mixed in but what I received today deserved a warning. (As in do you still want to order because I’m out of warning.) See photo.
What employees fail to understand is that fast food is designed to be consistent. We expect and pay for the same or better each time we come.
Too much funny business with the service or food and our money will start to look funny with patronage. P.S. The missing tender is smaller than those shown & look at this naked fries!

I’m writing in this review right away because the customer service was very good. I dealt with Amber and she helped me pick out sauces and understand what would go great with the meals that we chose. I wanted to make sure you guys know you have an A Player. We are from the Los Angeles area so this was on our list to try. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our first time trying Zaxby’s!

This location has gone massively downhill. The consistently mess up orders (it says right on the receipt which sauces to put in the bag and I paid for them!) and it’s not just the expo/baggers. They literally put zero sauce at all on nibblers that were specifically designated to have spicy zax sauce on them. Combined with removing their coke freestyle machine I’ll no longer be going to this location

It wasn’t a bad experience, it just felt like they were rushing me when I was the only one there. The lady handed me my mobile order and didn’t say anything and just shut the window after I said thank you and have a nice night. The bag felt light so I pulled off and check and was missing a side of fries, so I went inside. A gentleman was grabbing them for me and then someone else came up and was arguing with me that it was a large fries (which I stated) and when I tried to show them that it wasn’t in the bag, he finally backed off. It just felt really rude and frustrating to get the side. Overall, I will not be coming back here. The reviews on this place are right. Bad service = bad revenue.

We came to Zaxbys Sunday to celebrate my child’s birthday . My brother treated all of us and after paying we realized something had been left off the order . We came back to counter to get the frozen lemonade our cashier forgot . The cashier was amazing … however the manager that she asked if she could just give us the drink kept asserting that the cost was 1.25. Which we weren’t opposed to paying the cashier was showing kindness because we had spent $122 dine in. I understand children have to learn however Jas? Was condescending to the cashier in front of customers and rude to the customers . THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. If you have to assert yourself to show power you don’t really have it. If it weren’t my child’s birthday I would’ve asked for a refund and took our money elsewhere . I can honestly say this store will NEVER get another dime. To the young lady with the locs . You sweetheart are a gem and have great customer service thanks for taking orders from all of our kids like they were adults and being patient. JAS, even if the store was yours your behavior was off putting and not very gracious .

Need to remove the curbside option for your location. This is the worst service I have ever had from Zaxby’s. Second time I order curbside and the nobody brings the food out. If you go inside and ask for what happened the food will be ready but is like they forget about it or they don’t care. The first time my food was resting in the counter and the second time it was placed on the shelf for pickup deliveries. When I ask the lady on the front she casually tells me of I checked the shelf as if it normal for them to do such a thing.
I’m a construction worker and I’m dirty all the time. I have a box truck that won’t fit in the drive thru. That is why I use curbside.
Now I’m going to eat my cold food thanks to you.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at Zaxby’s during my recent visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. My order was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, I was met with attitude instead of an apology or any effort to fix the issue. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. For a place that promotes hospitality, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Order was at 9:21 “and to the young lady who said “he ain’t talking to me like that she seriously need an attitude change or she will be in fast food all her life if that attitude does not change !

They don’t use gloves and have disgusting nails. The guy at the window looks like he’d rather be at home than working, and my food came out with a hair in it. It’s obvious they don’t even use hair nets. Definitely the worst one in Marietta. If it were up to me, I’d give it half a star.

I hope the owner see this review. This is the worst zaxbys have ever been to. This was my first time on Friday 10/17 and it will be my last. Customer service is horrible! Me and other drivers were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just the place our orders. And when I finally get to the window and pay the young lady told me to pull up to the door they will bring out my order, I waited again for another 5 minutes I tried to have patience but OMG it is awful! The lemon pepper dry rub was so wet and saggy! Omg I will never go back there.

There are two Zaxby’s near where I live, and this location has always been my favorite for being the fastest. However, tonight my family and I had the worst experience with the order taker, Leyla. She’s not a good order taker and makes the process more complicated than it needs to be.
I asked for two orders of the eggrolls, fully aware that one order comes with two pieces. Leyla asked my spouse, who was placing the order, “One order of eggrolls comes with two eggrolls. Do you still want two orders?” He responded yes. Simple enough—we wanted four pieces total. No different than ordering two number ones.
When we got to the window and paid, I checked the bag and realized there was only one order of eggrolls. My spouse flagged her down and told her one was missing. Instead of correcting it, she got defensive, saying she had asked if we wanted two eggrolls and we said yes. I explained exactly what was said, and she told us to pull forward. As she walked away, she slammed the drive-thru window.
At that point, I was upset. I blew the horn to get her attention, and she tried to ignore us until another young lady came over. Leyla eventually approached the window again with an attitude, as if she was ready to argue. I made a few comments about her lack of professionalism and asked for a manager. A brown-skinned man with dreads came to the window, but he clearly didn’t care. He handed us the missing eggrolls, and when I asked for her name so I could contact corporate, he said, “I can’t give that information out,” and shut the window.
If you can’t handle the simple task of correcting an order in a professional way, maybe find another form of income that doesn’t involve working with the public. Someone more customer-friendly should definitely be handling the front window.
