Stunning new spot with a great vibe and an energetic crowd. This was our first visit and the place itself did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, fun atmosphere, and clearly a popular Saturday night destination.
Unfortunately, the service at the bar really missed the mark. Since it was busy, the only seating available was at the bar, which we were totally fine with and actually liked. However, the bartender never came over to take our order, check on us, or even acknowledge us. We had to repeatedly ask for water, sauces, and drinks and it felt like we were completely ignored by the bar crew the entire time.
The food itself was very good, which makes the experience even more frustrating because the potential is definitely there. With better bar service, this place could be a standout. I would give it another try, but hopefully with table seating next time.

So glad they opened a location in Schaumburg! The interior is absolutely stunning and the bar is gorgeous, such a vibe the second you walk in. The ambiance is awesome too, perfect for a group dinner, date night, or a fun girls night out.
Service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. The lychee martinis and uni shooters are an absolute must try.
It was our first time dining here and I brought my parents. They do not get out often and are total homebodies, but they both said they cannot wait to come back, which says everything. Our server Eddie brought the best energy and was so attentive the entire night.

The place is beautiful. The staff are extremely professional and courteous. The food is as delicious. As a first timer there, I was overwhelmed with the choices. I specifically asked for what I wanted and got just the opposite. They corrected my order, but I was not satisfied. I may need to brush up on my sushi rolls but the presentation was lovely.

Eddie was the best server ever! We were there for our first valentines, and he made us feel so welcome! We had the best food, the toro and scallion roll was to die for! The coconut shrimp appetizer was also delicious! Eddie did an amazing job with our bottles of

I visited Bluefish in Schaumburg with a group of 8, including 3 young children. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, from appetizers to rolls and sashimi, and everything was incredibly fresh and luxurious.
Our server, Laura, was outstanding. She was not only attentive to the adults but also wonderful with the children, making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. She gave us thoughtful menu recommendations that suited everyone perfectly.
If you are looking for a delicious meal with exceptional service for the whole family, I highly recommend this place!

Have been here now 4 times. The food is excellent. The bartender Bobby is a great person and knows his stuff behind the bar. The espresso martini they have is one of my favorites, old fashioned is also really good.
Sushi that we had (Nigiri and rolls) were great. Appetizers were awesome (coconut shrimp is top notch). The house salad is my new favorite salad. Great ginger dressing and a bowl you can eat.
Pricing is good in my opinion for the quality of sushi.

Our server, Eddie, was phenomenal and truly made our special night an outstanding experience. My fiancé has many food allergies and Eddie went above & beyond to accomodate him with a big smile, which we deeply appreciate! Eddie was so professional & genuine. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. It felt like dining with a dear old friend rather than just having a server. She made our evening so special and memorable.
