OMG, Buffbite Nutrition has been a game changer for me! I am BUSY and finding the time to meal plan, grocery shop, and cook nutritious meals is too much. Before Buffbite I often ate out, stopped for fast food or snacked on junk food- none of which supported my goals. I’m not someone who tracks my macros as much as others, but this meal prep service is easily one of the best I have encountered. The meals are delicious and they tell you exactly what your macros are for each meal, so this is especially useful for everyone, whether you are someone who is competing as a bodybuilder or your average person who just wants to put clean food in their body.
