I frequent this restaurant and it has yet to fail me. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff is wonderful and I enjoy chatting with them when I go in. My go to is sweet and sour chicken and an egg roll but everything I’ve ordered has been great. Including the teriyaki chicken on a stick which is an unusual thing for me to order. I will always recommend eating here if you want delicious food!

* update: the woman at the front desk called me multiple times to harass me ( didn’t even allow me to talk, until I asked her to let me speak which she ignored at first ) about this review which is poor customer service once again. Once again, this is my experience with this facility and she wants me to remove it. She said that she left the money in my hand which I don’t remember that but did remember being very intense and abrupt but I did remove that from this post because that’s what she’s hung up on, not the rest of the things . She also said the reason I reviewed this post because I had to pay extra for the change in the meal which is absolutely not true, because I am happy to support local business. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. Go there for the food, not for the customer service.
So I placed an order, the woman who took my order, didn’t say hi and was extremely rude, very abrupt ( example: at the end of the call, she muttered something and I asked her, how long do you think it’ll be, she responded with, I SAID 10 minutes) I apologize and told her I didn’t hear her. She pretty much acted like she didn’t want the job . When I came in person to pay for the meal, she was the same. No greeting, I said hi, then said my name, she didn’t say hi, just asked me for my phone number. She did say bye have a nice day. By the way, they charge you a fee for using your credit card ( I used cash). I am yet to try their food, which I will give an update after having it.

Primarily a take out restaurant, with a few tables. Food is the best take out Asian we have had Winter Garden; tastes great, fresh ingredients, made to order, and usually ready in 10-20 minutes. Very reliable, consistency in appearance and quality of meals. Family owned business, dedicated, often open during hurricane closures!

Delicious satisfied my craving I didn’t know what i wanted to eat but this hit the spot. Grew up on NY Chinese food just moved here found a new spot this tasted better and healthier raised my standard. A lot of complaints about the woman at the register, I’m not sure why but I wanted to come see for myself lol. She’s about her money not here to be your friend food was excellent and large portion keep it up

Other reviews talk about the rude/bad service and unfortunately that was our experience as well. Chicken had an unappealing texture and taste. Overall I would steer clear and recommend looking elsewhere for Chinese takeout.
