My boyfriend and I visited a small one by our house in North Las Vegas. I had found them on yelp and was super excited that they had super delicious looking shakes! When we arrived at the location by our house, it was a pretty small place. There were a bunch of mothers with their children and it was pretty packed. We waited 30 minutes just for the girl working to take our order. We understood that she had a lot to do because there were a ton of people here before us that she had to fulfill orders for. She was the only one working! We finally gave her our order and then we waited for another 45 minutes just to get it. I just felt bad for the girl because she was the only one working and they shouldn’t have just scheduled one person.. it seemed like it was a pretty popular place. Another thing that wasn’t so great too was the price. They are way to expensive for what it is. It’s more like you’re paying for the experience and the presentation. It is quite beautiful though! We spent $30 for just these two shakes. They were extremely delicious!

Tried the Donuts because it’s national donut day today and I was not disappointed! The shake was yummy too, I had the birthday cake shake. Staff was quick and helpful! Pricing is a tad expensive but the quality is great!

I went to the Sticks and Shakes in the Galleria mall. This place is TERRIBLE!! I ordered a shake and 5 piece churros. The churros were undercooked and cold in the center. When I took it back up there the two guys made no effort to fix it and looked like they did not care. There are plenty of other places to eat at the mall. Don’t waste your time on this location.

Not only are the sticks and shakes here the best, the service is wonderful! Everyone is very very friendly and helpful. Prices are great and the loyalty card is an awesome thing also. Once you try the shakes, whether you make your own creation or try one of theirs, you’ll be hooked. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! Two thumbs way up!

The food is good here. Very tasty desserts from what I experienced. But the cashiers and employees weren’t very nice. Snooty and inattentive. Had to ask 5 times for some napkins. Served with attitude. And one of them mocked me from behind the counter while I was asking a friend what he wanted. Mocking the customer is not a good business practice.

.I think it was contaminated because I couldn’t sleep after a regular chocolate shake maybe the tender cross contaminated the chocolate syrup or the ice cream who knows… ♂️ I would not recommend it for children AT ALL.

Normally i look forward to getting a shake when i come. This time, we got mediocre customer service. The shake was good, but they topped it with 2 marshmallows. One was stale, the other was hard as a rock! Not worth paying for it.

It’s very upsetting that I have to pay $0.70 to use my card. I bought 3 Dole ice cream that came out to be $15 and some change, and then they have the nerve to charge me for using my card. I will never step foot in there again.
