I paid $21.29 for 4 chicken strips with fries that were the smallest I have ever seen from a restaurant.

There’s airport pricing grift and then there is blatant airport robbery.

This is absolutely out of control.

When I saw what I was getting served I complained and was told by the staff that they hate ripping people off too but that the company makes them do it.

I feel very sorry that they are being put in that position and hope that enough people see this so the company is forced to actually create some change to help both their employees and the customers.

See the photo with a ketchup packet for size reference.

I appreciate the fact that there’s an organic fast food spot in DCA but the quality of the food is terrible and the portions are tiny. The staff was polite, but I would never consider buying food here again. As you can see in the photo, these are the components of the breakfast burger…

For an airport meal, this burger isn’t bad. It’s a tiny burger with a good amount of fries. It’s not flavorless but it needs a lot of help. Condiments are all in packets at the counter. The service was quick. I opted for this place over Five Guys and I feel like I would’ve been happier with Five Guys.

Giving two stars just because the employees were super sweet. The food was not. Chicken tenders were rubbery and tasted like grease as did the fries. $22 for greasy food fried incorrectly and a drink?

Was happy to find a halal burger spot at the airport!
I confirmed with their staff that their beef and chicken is halal (but not bacon). Don’t know why they dont advertise or mention it anywhere?
I got the mushroom swiss burger and fries combo for $16. Burger was good (would give it 4*) , and their olive oil fries were very good (way better than In N Out) .
Staff was nice as well, and burger was ready fairly quickly.

Ingredients were fresh and service was friendly. Fries were good. Burger was OK. It wasnt bad, but nothing special. Meat was unseasoned and bland and the “elevation sauce” barely had enough flavor to know it was there.

Paid 21 bucks for a chicken tender meal with inedible chicken tenders. They were super rubbery and tasted like soap? The fries were good and service was fast.

All I wanted was a happy meal from mcdonald’s before a flight but so forgot DCA is too good for regular fast food.

The fries were edible at least, kinda taste sweet… the tenders were a huge disappointment, they taste like rubber when you bite into it you gotta force it to break off, the breading is tasteless. Waste of $20 honestly I’d try something else off their menu. 1/10

Food was 1 step above cold. Definitely not cooked to order. Taste was very bland. Price was too much $18+ with tax not including a drink. Five Guys was one corridor over. I would have paid about the same and had hot flavorful food. Note: I gave it 3 stars because I’ve had worse.

I was happy to see healthier options like olive oil fries and organic ground beef, but the Elevation Burger was underwhelming to say the least. The photo showed two thick patties, yet what I received were two tiny ones barely larger than Oreos. Definitely not worth the $18.
