The stuffed crust is a pretty tasty option. What you have to like about papa johns is consistency. They do a good job of making it the same every time. We do like the garlic knots or the stuffed jalapeño bread, they can be a little spicy but hey it is worth it. I have only had one issue and that was the time the app said it would be ready was around 20 minutes off. So I circled the building 18 times. Other than that it is all good.

I just want to leave a comment about my latest experience. I attempted to place an order late on a Monday night and circumstances happened that were out of the managers control. She told me to call the next night and she would make everything right, which she did. She was waiting for my call and took care of everything. Thank you Hope for being so on top of everything and being so professional.

Usually I love papa johns. Favorite pizza for sure, however the last 2 times I’ve ordered a pizza it was doughy. Now, today I ordered some boneless wings…y’all it looks and tastes like frozen chicken nuggets with a little sauce on them…..I am so disappointed!

Ordered online for pickup after work. Got there right at requested time and it was ready on time even though they were quite busy and their stock truck had just arrived.
Food was correct, hot and fresh. Good value for the money.

We ordered original crust, veggie with half including sausage. Half of the pizza was crust around the outside that was like eating shoe leather. The toppings were scant; we couldn’t 4 individual pieces of sausage. I never choose Papa John’s, but my husband usually does. However, this experience might have changed that for good.

Waiting 3 hours for a pizza. Ordered on the online app. Waited 2 hours for them to finally put it in the oven. App said would be there by 7:45 and now it’s 8:30 and it’s just now being placed in the oven. I ordered this pizza for my daughter for dinner and now I have to pack her up and leave late at night just to go get something else for us to eat! I will not be back to this store. If the store is backed up with orders or low on staff then the apps needs to state that from the start so I wouldn’t have sat here for 3 hours waiting on my daughters food. #dobetter

We ordered again when we came back in town. It took almost 2 hrs to get to us and drove around in the young man’s car for an hour. Called 3 times and mgr kept lying saying he’s almost there. Last time she said they only had 1 driver for the night, sorry about your luck. Food was hard, cold and not even right. Our sauces we paid for didn’t show up. This place went to the pits in the last few months it seems. New mgr? New owner? Who knows but they have a plethora of excuses to give as to why your paying for bad food. I would definitely pick a different pizza place if your hungry. Unless you enjoy long waits and cold food as it seems that’s what most of us are getting these days!
I always love this place! Had to go with Domino’s the other day because Papa John’s website was down. They really need to work on their ordering system whether through the website or the app. On a different note though they’re always accurate and quick. Our food is delivered hot and a few times we’ve gone in to pick it up they’ve been very nice.

Medium extra cheese pizza X’s 2 for $14 for our family. Papa John’s is a once a month just for us. The pizza can’t be beat. As much as I’d love to praise a local joint, it’s too yummy to resist. Also, a dinner my children will actually eat. Win win win!

I was told that my order would take 55 to 60 minutes for my order so it’s been 1 hr and 30 minutes soo I actually like 5 blocks from the store . I completely understand it’s a Friday night but I have 3 hungry kids when called asked where it was they said it just left the @ 8:28 and I asked if I could get like 10 percent discount on my next order which I was told very rudely told no and I order pizzas a lot of times because I have three small kids that enjoy their pizza and I’m pretty upset about it. I would never order another pizza from them again.
