We were a dine in group of 7, ages ranging from 6-70. The server was amazingly patient and friendly, I wish I got her name but it was Wednesday 2/25 around 4:30 pm. Anyway, the server was there when we needed her, without being overbearing. The other 2 workers there at that time I attempted to communicate with were standoffish or just ignored us. The food was hot and amazing along with exceptional service from the employee we enteractrd with most so we didn’t allow petty attitudes of her coworkers to dim our bright time at Puzza Hut.

Just tried to eat here, walked in there was a overwhelming smell of raw sewage. It was so strong we had to turn around and leave. We ate here last summer and it was the same thing. Very disappointing as the pizza was very good and we made a 25min drive to come eat here.

Everything was very good. We got the deep dish meat lovers was great!! And I was happy to see that they had their salad bar back…was sad to see that go when it left. Everything was fresh and pizza was tasty. Waitress was friendly. All in all great

15 to 20 phone calls in 30 minutes while i was trying to solve a mistake with our take out food accidently being left on the table. So I went in. I was told calls don’t go through the store, it’s through a call center. While the phone is ringing, as I’m calling it standing at the counter. Not a customer in the restaurant but Noone would ever answer the phone and they weren’t pleased about being called out for lying about it. The food was our fault, the lack of accountability for not answering the phone calls because 3 people are cleaning the kitchen over an hour before they close is the assistant managers fault. Short staffed is understandable to an extent. They seemed like nice people working there, other than the assistant manager handling this terribly.

Received wrong pizza, when told night manager Shana this she told me they already re made the pizza, however it was incorrect also. Manager rudely told me No, That is what you ordered. I then suggested she look at my ticket to see the order. Toppings were not correct after all. Tried to tell me I had a different name and was complaining about my pizza being covered in peppers. Whoever so talked to had MY pizza and were complaining also. Did get credit finally, however not recommended.

This was our first visit to this particular facility and i was more than pleased. Upon arrival the dining room was about 1/4 full with what looked like 1 waitress. She was very pleasant & made sure my “picky” order was exact. Unfortunately the manager was called because of an error made but this manager was phenomenal. She was genuinely apologetic and made a credit on our bill. She even offered to have a pizza made for us to take home too! The waitress was really on top of things and surprisingly cleared the dining room in very little time. The restaurant was very clean. The staff that we dealt with was very helpful & a joy to interact with. We’re newer to the area & had a better time at this location than we did at a pricy streak house near by. Kudos
